The only one or two-star review we hold for 4 Elements Renovations.

With great thought and prayer, I cannot give 4 Elements a good review. The road started rocky. Communication was very bad. Their representatives would send a text saying they would come, but then would not show up at all. This was after the …

Sheila, Thank you for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful and honest review. We truly appreciate your feedback. We're grateful you recognized Caleb's craftsmanship and professionalism, and we're grateful you are satisfied with the finished project. We also appreciate the opportunity to meet with you in person. As we discussed, the challenges you experienced were the result of internal issues that have since been addressed. While that doesn't change your experience, we have made significant improvements to our communication processes and project management to help ensure future customers receive the level of service we strive to provide. Thank you again for your honesty and for giving us the opportunity to learn from your experience. We genuinely hope that, if the opportunity ever arises in the future, we'll have the chance to earn back your trust. We truly wish you all the best. Sincerely, The 4 Elements Team

Hired them to re-roof a shed and outdoor kitchen gazebo. They were professional, courteous, and did a great job from initial visit through completion. The pricing for the job was also very good. I'd hire them again in an instant for other projects I might have.

The quality of the workmanship exceeded my expectations, and it’s obvious that he takes pride in delivering excellent results. He was reliable, detail-oriented, and made sure everything was completed on time and exactly as promised. If there was 10 stars I would give it to this company, Dakota came out and talked to me about my window replacement. This guide is fantastic. You don't pressure you of or nothing just straight up. Tell you what's going on and what the product's about, and the installers, Jonathan and Karen are A1 on everything they do. Awesome job!

These guys do everything they say they are going to do, when they say they will, and leave the place spotless. They also did some inside work, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire job. We would recommend this company to anyone wanting a new roof, or home repair.

Nathan was wonderful to work with. Once the roof was installed he came back and went up on the roof and showed me pictures. He stayed in contact thru the entire process.
