  Zach the rep was exceptional. Roof was great. Accounting/billing stunk! Our “remaining balance” bill was sent to someone else’s email address for months. Our final bill was appt. $300 +. I asked if that was all we owed and was assured it was. We received a paid in full email. Months later, we get a call saying we owed $6,250 more! Spoke to several others who used Perimeter Roof and the same thing happened to them! Made us doubt the company and process. The process with insurance and going back and forth in the payment process though maybe necessary, was confusing. Your bookkeeping stinks. Someone else’s payment was paid on our account. There were so many steps I couldn’t remember how each payment was made. More months passed, got a letter from a collection agency, which also lacked clarity and the bank could not even understand what and how they wanted us to pay. No phone number, only an email. I found paperwork and saw we owed more. We paid it in full. Have not gotten anything to this day saying we paid. But I made sure it was paid with cashier’s check and picked up and delivered by Zach. Also had him sign off he picked it up and we we’re PIG. Would never use perimeter roofing again.

  Be honest and open up front on the fine print and logic of your pricing system, so it doesn’t come as a rude surprise when the final settlement from my insurer (depreciation) is yours and not mine as was my understanding when the roof price was agreed on.

  Their employee attempted to solicit a sale from me at my home, despite my prominent “no soliciting” sign. He knocked, waited a minute, then rang the doorbell, and, after no answer, finally left a card on my porch and began to walk away. I came out as he was a fair distance down my driveway, and he turned to yell at me, “Oh hi, I saw your sign, I just wanted to leave some information…” If you see my no soliciting sign and you remain on the property to solicit, you are trespassing. I’m sure he might’ve been a nice guy, but he was inconsiderate, and he and his company need to respect the wishes of their potential customers. I for one will never use their services.

  Perimeter recently replaced my roof and I could not have asked for a nicer experience. The roof looks great. The hard working crew knocked the work out by 2:00 and cleaned up nicely. Cody and Gracie were very professional and friendly. They made the whole experience flow smoothly. Highly recommend!

  We had our roof replaced earlier this year and had an amazing experience with everyone, start to finish. They answered all our questions and did all the work in one day! Recently we had a small leak and they came out the same day to fix it. Could not recommend them more!

  These people are great!! They communicated with me the whole way through the process. Cody and Gracie made sure everything got done RIGHT, not just done, but done correctly. That is hard to find these days! Best of all my roof looks AMAZING!! Now I can feel more secure in my own home during storms. Their work and work ethic speaks for itself. I would definitely recommend Perimeter Roofing (10/10 hands down) to everyone!! Fine job to the whole crew as well(fast and efficient) BIG BIG thank you again to Cody and Gracie!!!!   Perimeter Roofing is great in Business. I got my roof replaced and very satisfied with the work performed. It included solar panel deattach, roof replacement, metal roof on Taurette, gutter repair. Highly recommend Perimeter roofing.

  We replaced our roof with Perimeter and the service was great from start to finish. Aiden Woods and his team did an amazing job every step of the process, including the initial consultation, handling the insurance issues, and the replacement of the roof. The process was faster than I expected and the price was reasonable. The material they use is high-quality and we haven’t had any issues. I highly reccomend Perimeter and Aiden for any roofing projects.

  Hey everyone, my wife and I had roof damage from high winds and storm damage. We got a FREE roof inspection by these two awesome guys, Evan Carver and Landon Dellinger of Perimeter Roofing. Wow!! I don’t usually write recommendations, but I had to because they were so professional and so thorough. They knew exactly how to work with my insurance and within my personal budget and schedule. I can’t believe it; I’m getting a brand new roof with an excellent warranty and only a small out-of-pocket expense. Many thanks to Perimeter Roofing for having such excellent reps who actually know what they are talking about and who look out for the customer's best interest. Just wanted to let others know, because all-to-often people only write reviews when something goes bad. I wanted to do the opposite and write about my positive experience!

  Alyssa is a rock star! Her professionalism and work through the process with the difficult to deal with people at State Farm was excellent. I would hire her for my company in a heartbeat. Your crew was superb as well. If there were any issues with them it was kept behind the curtain and not apparent to me. You provided a great service to the majority of our neighborhood.   Tyrell handled everything for the inspection, coordinated every step with insurance, and even came out for entire roof replacement. Very happy with Perimeter Roofing and how smoothly it all went. They were responsive to questions, and I never had to wait for them to take care of things in their end. Highly recommended

  Perimeter did a professional job and fought for me with State Farm to have it covered. They replace The Farm and and and and 20 out of 24 homes in our neighborhood because of hail damage.
