  We had a roof and gutters put on. The roof looks like at best an OK job. They barely cleaned up any nails, I picked up nails for weeks afterwards and even presented a bag full of them to the sales rep. I also received a flat tire from the nails, which to this day has not been able to be repaired without leaking air. My main problem is the gutters. They constantly glog now, which rarely happened before. In the past I would have to clean the gutters out, once maybe twice a year. Now I have to do it every couple of weeks. They bow out and overflow on the sides constantly. Be cautious of this company, maybe it was just a bad experience for me.

  My husband & I just wanted a quote for how much it would cost to get our gutters reinstalled or fixed. They sent a guy out to our house for them to inspect it and check it out. He was supposed to get back to us regarding the price within a couple days but we never heard back from him & its been over a week. I called the office and the lady on the phone was going to get a hold of the guy that did the inspection & then have him call my husband but still no call back. All we wanted was a price!! In my personal opinion I think the lack of communication is unprofessional. We’ve decided to move on and go with a different company that is better suited for our gutter needs since this company doesn’t know how to communicate.

  Incomplete job. They were suppose to return to complete and operation the job but failed to do so. Made multiple promises to return but has not.

  Horrible customer service. It took multiple calls to get a response- when I was finally contacted, they refused to even look at the multiple leaks in our roof and we were told to “call someone else.” The warranty is worthless.

  Quality roofed my house and provided a 15 year warranty. Five years in when the roof leaked and I called, I was told if my roof were leaking it was my fault. They sent someone out who looked at the roof and claimed the leak in a half bath was due to condensation. Fast forward a few years and I paid $1300 to another roofing company to fix the poor roofing job about 2 pipe boots that Quality did. I could have called Quality, asked them to honor their warranty, but would have likely been told it was my fault and it was just condensation. This company will not honor their warranty, they will not fix any leaks in their work. I do not recommend this company.

  Do NOT let these people on your roof. For insurance work, they use the cheapest shingles available. They leave your gutter and yard full of old tacks they were too damn lazy to pick up. S#oddy work.

  Chris is very honest person. After looked at my roof he told me that my roof is fine, but other contractor gave me a quote for $1800 to fix poped nails, soft spots and etc.

  We had an excellent experience with this roofing company from start to finish. What really stood out was their persistence in working with our insurance company. The initial insurance approval only covered metal work like gutters and the garage overhang, but Chris, our project manager, continued to advocate on our behalf until the insurance company approved a full roof replacement. We truly appreciated their knowledge, professionalism, and dedication throughout the entire process. They also helped us choose the right roof color. Our neighbors have commented on how great the roof looks and how much it improves the appearance of our home. The installation crew did an outstanding job. They were efficient and paid great attention to detail. Our new roof looks fantastic, and the workmanship is top-notch. The excellent warranty also gave us added peace of mind, knowing our investment is well protected. If you’re looking for a roofing company that genuinely looks out for its customers and delivers high-quality work, I highly recommend them!

  Chris with Quality RRC did an amazing job working with insurance to get my entire roof replaced, and then expedited the job for me. Had it done within a week of being approved. I would recommend this company to anyone needing roof work done!

  We lost an entire room of our house due to trees falling during the January ice storm. Repairs were extensive: roof replacement, framing, drywall, new fascia and soffit, gutters, windows, A/C ductwork, etc. Quality RRC managed the entire project from beginning to end, including working with my insurance provider to ensure a seamless process. Matt Benson and his crews were outstanding. The attention to detail was impressive, and Matt communicated with me on a daily basis, making sure I knew what to expect and when. I highly, highly recommend Quality RRC for any home improvement or repair project. I will use them again without hesitation. A+++

  I had some storm damage and Quality RRC was there to help. Wesley was patient and helpful while we navigated the details of our roof replacement. His crew was quick and respectful and finished in one day. I’d recommend Quality RRC every day of the week and twice on Sunday!!!

  I had damage to my townhouse due to the ice storm back in January. I used Quality RRC to do the restoration work and they were great!!! They did a fantastic, I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Jon was very communicative about the whole process and what I could expect.
