  Thank you for sharing your concerns. We take every customer's experience seriously and stand behind the work we perform. During our inspection, we documented that the home does not have adequate soffit ventilation. We recommended adding a power or solar-powered ventilation system to help improve airflow and address the ventilation concern. We also documented areas where the existing roof rafters were in poor condition, which can affect the overall performance of the roofing system at the time of the project you mentioned to us only have us complete repairs to the most effected rafters not full replacement for all rafters. We would be happy to discuss these concerns with you and review the documented findings.   The company mis-represents their willingness to actually help with insurance claims. No attempt was made to reach out to insurance regarding damaged decking. Instead Rob pushed $1500 cost increase onto the responsibility of the homeowner. None of this was communicated, nor could have been known in advance, until the roof was removed and you're at the mercy of good faith by the Roof Squad. Even after a conversation to make it right, responsibility was simply placed on the homeowner. Due to this we cancelled the remaining insurance work that was supposed to be done by them; gutters, downspouts and garage door. Additionally communication is beyond unacceptable. Work was requested to be pushed to be done after the project manager returned from vacation. While the PM was on vacation Rob called on a Wednesday stating that if we wanted our roof installed by Friday we would need to get them the 1st half insurance down payment money so material could be ordered. We were willing and able to get money over ASAP, but we were just caught off guard with no advance warning due to all communication having gone through the PM. Shingle color had not even been discussed nor had any material or samples been made available. When I asked Rob for samples he sent a link to the manufacturers webpage. When we asked for physical samples we were told we would not be provided any. Very disappointed in our experience and WILL NOT recommend.

  Will thank you for your review. If you would like a full refund of the decking we are more then happy to send you that money. Mind you tho in your insurance policy it clearly states that decking is not covered from wear and tear and that is the policy you signed up for. No insurance company covers old decking unless it was damaged from a storm. That was communicated to you directly multiple times because that was your concern we addressed. Thank you for your review.

  Chris Craugh has been very unprofessional after signing the repair quote. Between Monday - Wednesday I inquired several times about whether he expected to arrive on Thursday or Friday to complete the work. Due to no responses, I emailed requesting the cancellation policy. Shortly after I received a phone call from Rob that "the crew" would arrive to my house on Friday morning. I inquired who is "the crew" since Chris represented that he would be performing the work. Rob stated that he would call me back. This business is very unprofessional, and I do NOT recommend.

  Josh, Thank you for your feedback. Our records show that you did agree to having your roof replaced after you yelled at us and cussed us out at the door before we left. Then you called us back and apologized and we forgave you of the mishap. Then we mutually came to a new agreement that you approved. The roof was completed. Our records show that you did make the payments and no further issues occurred. If this is not true please contact us to discuss your concerns. Thank you again. In response to your 2nd edit. We did walk away after you cussed us out and left your house. The contract was void. Records show that you called us back a 2nd time and apologized and we wrote up a new agreement and completed the work. You and your wife both stated you were satisfied with the work. What are we missing? We didn't need to do your job and if you didn't want us to do the work then why did you hire us? If you still feel wronged please come by the office so we can work things out but it seems you're unsatisfiable.

  Very professional and very nice people to deal with. I had damage from a firework and they came out the next day to give me an estimate and work was done within afew days of accepting the quote. I highly recommend them and I will use them again for sure in the future.
