Jose and his team were great! Our roof now looks super! They did a wonderful job on our initial and final inspections, replacement was done with much more durable, higher end materials and good warranty. They are very transparent, trustworthy, professional plus quick and easy to communicate with. I would recommend the Roof Sleuths to work with any day! Thank you for a fine, well done job.

I want to start off by saying Thank You! My first experience was with another roofing company and it was a total nightmare. When I say, Chardane and Cindy showing up when they did was God sent. I whole heartedly mean that. They then introduced me to Jose who was another blessing. They turned my nightmare to best experience possible. So yes, I Thank them from the bottom of my heart. I truly appreciate everything they did for me. Very informative and straight forward. No hidden agenda like that other group.

Thank you for the kind words Austin! It was a pleasure meeting you and we sincerely appreciate you allowing us to assess your roof.

We were called to investigate a mysterious stain in Altamonte Springs. While the surrounding roof with solar panels was in good shape, our team discovered the true "culprit": failing chimney siding. Here’s how we solved it: 1️⃣ Demolition & Inspection: We stripped away the old, rotten siding to expose the structure. 2️⃣ Modern Protection: We didn’t just put new siding on. As "Sleuths," we fixed the root cause by installing high-performance R-Matte Plus-3 insulation board for an air-tight, water-resistant barrier. 3️⃣ Precision Finish: We completed the job with durable, clean-looking siding, meticulously flashed into the existing shingle roof. Don’t guess where your leak is coming from. Hire the investigators.
