Regarding the drip edge, during the planning phase, you initially selected beige. We let you know that it wouldn’t match your existing brown drip edge and might not look right. Based on that conversation, you chose to go with white, which is what we installed. We understand that the color contrast is now frustrating, and we're sorry it didn’t meet your expectations. We’ve reached out several times to discuss where the miscommunication may have happened and to offer a solution, but we haven’t heard back. Our goal is always to make things right, and we’re still happy to work with you on this if you'd like to reconnect. As for the cleanup issues and the telecommunications line, we sincerely apologize.   All pro roofing did a good job on the roof but what a nightmare we’re having now. The job was done in one to two days but I’m sorry to say that all pro roofing is not as great as I thought. After the roof was done they fail to tell me what was really happening underneath the gutters when it was removed. NOT ONCE DID THEY EVER TOLD ME THAT THE BACK FASCIA BOARD THAT GOES BEHIND THE GUTTERS OF THE HOUSE WASN’T GOOD. SO THEY REPLACED THE GUTTERS WITHOUT FIXING THAT BACJK FACSI BOARD. THEY DIDN’T EVEN GIVE US THE OPTION TO TELL US WHAT WAS GOING ON AND LET US THE HOME OWNERS TO HAVE A CHOICE TO GET IT FIXED. THEY FIX THE ROOF WITH REPLACING SOME 2x4’s and an extra board and they didn’t tell us about it but charged us anyways. We paid. Now they are wanting us to sign off on a project that they should have fix from the beginning. Now there claiming that for them to come out and fix that back fascia board they want us to pay them $650 more out of OUR pockets to fix something that SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIXED FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE PROJECT & NOT TRY TO STICK US WITH THE PROBLEM THEY CREATED from the beginning they where up on that roof. It makes NO sense having a beautiful roof and doing a half a— job being very noticeable. I’ve tried to no end with them and all I’ve been getting is sign the paper work so the roofers can get paid that to me is said how roofers or workers get away from doing the right job. My lesson on this situation is never do a review until the WHOLE PROJECT IS FULLY DONE cause there’s always a way to cut corners and that’s what they did was CUT CORNERS! Pictures on the roof is already showing look at the cutting corners they did on a house. Now you guys tell me who’s responsible to get this done without no cost to the homeowners. Simply little thing that could have been fix from the VERY BEGINNING Is turning out to be a total nightmare. You tell me is this something you want to happen to you? Look good at the pictures. We will never recommend AllPro roo

We always strive to ensure our customers are fully informed, and it’s concerning to hear that you feel the fascia issue was not communicated clearly. When the roof was replaced, we did replace all rotted wood under the roof system. We did not replace the fascia at that time, however, we offered to replace it at the same cost we would have charged if it had been part of the roof project. We understand that you’d like the fascia board replaced at no additional cost, but we hope you can appreciate that the extra work involved goes beyond the initial contract. That said, we want to make sure you're completely satisfied, and we're happy to continue discussing options that work for you. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we’ll do our best to resolve any outstanding concerns. Thank you again for your feedback.

  UPDATE (to respond to their response) - Jason initially said he would get me a quote by the end of the week. When that did not happen, Jason said he would get me a quote by the end of the day, each of the following days until I finally just gave up. (actually gave up on him the following Thursday). They did the roof next door! Mine is no different, Why is this so difficult???? What a way to do business!!! First it takes them 3 months to figure out what to do, then they cannot figure out how to do it again for another customer! ORIGINAL POST - Does not want your business!!! AllPro did my neighbor's roof. Although it took them 3 or more months to complete the job, they were happy with the end result. We have two additions that have to be treated differently than the rest of the house, so I thought I would ask them for an estimate since they already did the house next door. BIG MISTAKE!. Jason dragged his feet and has not yet (over a week after he came to inspect my roof) given me any estimate. In the meantime, I have had 3 other roofers come and complete their estimates (some on the spot, and all informed of the irregularity of my home). There are better alternatives than AllPro Roofing!

  Rori, I am sorry that we were not able to get the free estimate to you right away.  The unique design of your roof does require engineering and I was working with the engineer to be sure that your project goes smoothly.  We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and do our best to get estimates turned around in a timely manner, but the additional efforts to get engineering details does take some time.  We communicated with you several times over the past week to let you know that we were waiting for confirmation on the design that you and I discussed on site.  We wish you the best on your project.
