  Saw a driver trying to prevent people from merging onto 17-92. Was totally combative and over the top playing traffic cop. Called the company lady who answered phone was completely dismissive telling me they had no one in that area and I made it all up. These people are trash

  My roof they replaced continues to leak and the woman who answers the phone is very rude. The roofing supply company who they use (GAF) came to my home and and confirmed the the roof was installed incorrectly and they refuse to repair the roof.

  Watch out! They advertise that they accept credit cards, but you have to pay an extra convenience fee of 3.5% which they don't tell you upfront. The lady at the office is rude and lacks customer service skills. She told us all companies charge when you pay with a credit card.

  They need to fire the lady who answers the phone. I would be embarrassed if I owned the company and she was responsible for the first impression. Had a rep come out to my house on 17APR to look at my roof, promised an estimate by the end of the week. Called on Friday and talked to Ms Congeniality who told me to text him. I did and he told me he'd check when he got back to the office for the quote. Texted again yesterday and have gotten no response. Called today and Ms Congeniality answered the phone again. When I pointed out I wasn't used to having to beg for quotes so they could provide me a service, and asked her to simply let me know if they didn't want my business to let me know and I'd go elsewhere, she hung up on me. Don't bother sending me a quote, I'll find someone who has professionals representing them.

  I am placing this for my father-in-law. He had a roof replacement done through this company. I’m in construction they did a poor job on the flashing and ceiling. He now has a roof leak over the garage they keep saying he’s gonna come out and water test they always no call no show, he called today again to check on it and the rude receptionist wants to yell at him over the phone being in construction. I recommend you get a reputable company to do your roof. There’s a lot of shortcuts of companies do do not use this company find a different one.

  I'm on the fence with this company. On one hand the roof they installed looks nice. Only time will tell if it holds up. On the other hand, I was told by Jacob that any work repairing plywood would be an extra charge (on top of the nice fee they already recieved). My girlfriend and I were told by him that BEFORE the work was done that I would receive pictures of what would need to be replaced and the price. That was supposed to be BEFORE the work was done. That never happened. I only got pictures after the work was done and after I got an extra bill from them. And I only got the pictures because I questioned Jacob about it. Everyone there had my phone number. They could have called and sent pictures like I was told would happen. The total price also came in higher than a previous roofers estimate. Close to $3,000 more. If you go with this company then you need to stress the communication aspect with them. So you don't get hit with an extra bill afterwards. And shop around a little before you choose them.

  These were the only contractors who were willing to come out to repair our solar tube/tunnel. The others we called all just wanted the big ticket approach of putting in new skylights, which was WAY beyond our budget. Thank you Debbie and Rooftop Services!

  The entire experience with dealing with rooftop services was excellent. Jacob Hale did a great job explaining various types of shingles colors and warranty information. In addition, he gave good suggestions concerning new lighting, and skylight options. He was there to monitor the process as well. The company was very professional showed up on time early in the morning, and after three days completed the project. Cleanup was great and it was a pleasure to also meet the owner Norm. Would definitely recommend them for a future roofing job or repair.

  Had to spend additional 5 thousand to fix leaks less than 6 years after full roof replacement. GAF- The manufacturer offered no assistance. Update: The manufacturer reimbursed me in full.

  My name is Gary Taylor and just recently had a roof installed by Roof Top Services of Central Florida. I highly recommend this company because all of their employees were very professional and do quality work. My dealing with the owner and his son was a real pleasure. This is the second time that I have used Roof Top Services and it has been a positive experience each time. If you need a roof done, I highly suggest you use this company.
