  I’m afraid to say we might have been better off with our old roof.. they painted this spot, then did something else to “fix it”. Now here we are… There was never an issue before we got a new roof from Apex

  Salesman was super assertive and trying to get us to talk to him about our roof despite there being a no soliciting sign on our door AND him acknowledging that there was a no soliciting sign after I pointed it out to him. He kept telling me some story about some drone survey and I asked him that we are not interested and he still wouldn’t go away until I close the door on him and even then he lingered for a little bit. Super disrespectful behavior and disrupted my workday.

  Apex Roofing blatantly breaks state law by going door to door, soliciting "free inspections". That has been illegal for a while now. From what I hear as well, they will direct you to a specific public adjuster as well, which is also illegal to do so. If they are dishonest here, then I would not trust them on the job itself either.

  Rob with Apex Roofing came out today and did an excellent roof inspection of unseen damage from the ground. This is the first phase of the process to get the roof replaced so far excellent customer service. They seem to do all the work for you at little to no cost for homeowner. Great job so far. Will update if quality of service should possibly change down the road. Starting off excellent so far Thank You Rob at Apex.
