  So, Lowell decided to ignore the "no soliciting" sign at the front door AND disrupt my wife in an important meeting. That was lousy enough. The company could very well mail us the doc he dropped off. I asked him to speak at the driveway outside of earshot. The very first thing he did was COMPLETELY over exaggerate the condition of our roof. We've had 2 separate companies tell us we have 5-8 years left on the roof and our yearly check for roof issues done by our usual roofer was just completed recently, so it was aggravating that after blowing off our sign for not ringing the bell, he was already giving bad info right from the start. I suggest next time dropping a letter in the mail and letting US decide when to fix things - this way insured we will NEVER call.

  After looking at our roof they said that they would email an estimate. Never heard from them!

  Great experience — they came out and sealed the pop nails in my shingles for free and did an awesome job. Super friendly, professional, and great customer service. Highly recommend.

  I had my roof and gutters done through The Roof Mentors. Customer service wise initially was great, Dean and Shane did a wonderful job. The issues came with the crews that were sent out to do the work. Both the roof and gutter crew left an unnecessary amount of waste. I was fully aware that not every single nail would be picked up, but if they spent just a little more time on clean up, wouldn’t have had this issue. I’m still finding nails and it’s been almost 2 months since job completion. Also, the gutters were not done as agreed upon and have heard nothing back about correcting it. For the price these jobs cost, i find this unacceptable. I do not recommend.

We’re glad to hear Dean and Shane provided great service up front, but we sincerely apologize for the experience after that did not meet the standard we expect. The amount of leftover debris, nails, and cleanup concerns you described are not acceptable, and we understand how frustrating that would be after investing in a roof and gutter project. We also understand your concern about the gutters not being completed exactly as originally discussed. When our technician arrived, the crew identified potential drainage concerns and made an on-site adjustment with the goal of protecting your home from future water issues. That said, we should have done a better job making sure that change was clearly communicated and that you felt fully informed before and after the work was completed. Since seeing your review, we have attempted to reach out because we would like the opportunity to walk the property, address any remaining cleanup concerns, and review the gutter installation with you. Please reach back out to Shane or Dean so we can work toward making this right. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry for the frustration this caused.

  Kenny and Shane did a phenomenal job in helping us pick a new roof. Kenny stop by my house and gave my Wife and I good estimate. Shane walked us through the tear down process. They were in and out in less than 8 hours. They clean up all the nails and debris; looks like they were never here. Roof looks great too.

  The Roof Mentors did an amazing job on my roof. The customer service and overall experience was great. My wife and I are pleased with the entire team that includes Daniel, Shane, and Tyler were class acts from the beginning to the end of our process. The workers were relentless in completing the task of replacing my roof. Anyone needing repairs or replacements should contact the Roff Mentors right away.

  From the time that dean gave us the quote all the way up until the last nail got hammered into our roof. Roof mentors was absolutely amazing to work with. The on sight manager Shane was very transparent about everything that was going on from start to finish. He was there for every second of the install and held open lines of communication throughout. This 54 year old roof has definitely seen better days and now I can sleep better at night knowing Shane, dean, and roof mentors installed a sound roofing unit that I won’t have to worry about for many years to come. Thank you roof mentors for not only working hard on this project, but also paying attention to every detail to ensure as homeowners were left with a roofing unit that is done the right way. Huge thank you to Shane and dean for always doing the right thing by the owners and getting straight to business on this project me and the wife can’t thank yall enough. I’d recommend this company for any roofing needs by ALONG shot.
