  Rude customer service from a "Chris" that was cold calling and didn't like that I was busy at work. If this is how they behave on an initial contact can't imagine the experience if you actually hired them.

  They came out to my home to give an estimate on replacing 2 tiles on my tile roof. I had the replacement tiles and am capable of doing it myself, but it was 20 foot up and at 69 I don't need to get on a ladder that high. They showed up with a ladder way to short so I let them use mine. So the guy went up the ladder and looked at the two tiles, right there on the edge at the gutter. And while still on the ladder proceeded to start to remove the broken tiles. He came down the ladder before removing them and I ask him "are you going to replace them now"? He said "yes, easy. No problem". I said "great. But what will the charge be to do so"? He said, $700. I said "no thank you". Then he knocked it down to $450. I said "have a nice day". And they left. So what do y'all think? 2 tiles $700. Then suddenly $450? A service call and 30 minutes work and materials provided including ladder? All I have to say is watch out.

When you declined the initial quote, our team explored whether there was flexibility in pricing and presented an alternative option.   I didn’t enjoy my time with them at all. When they came I could see what looks like them creating damages on my downspouts. During the call with their team I was disappointed with the attitude I was met with. This company doesn’t seem professional or to care about their clients.

  Business is a scam, they are starting to do a program where you have to pay out of pocket more than what you need to. All a money grab for not a good enough roof job. Roof is still leaking

  Roof gallery Don communicated clearly throughout the entire process and answered all of our questions patiently. They performed a drone to inspect the entire roof and let you know where is problem. They did a good job

  I can not say enough positive words about Roof Gallery! From start to finish they helped walk me thru getting my new roof. They dealt with my insurance to make sure everything was paid for-I had to do nothing! They helped me pick out the most amazing roof with their interior designer (emerald green-sounds scary but it is so beautiful). Donovan (the owner) was on site to make sure everything went smoothly. Now everyday when I pull into my driveway, the sun hits my roof and my emerald green glitters just right. Who knew a new roof could bring a smile to your face! Raise the Roof!

  Don is one of the most pleasant and professional contractors that I have ever dealt with. He showed up on time, told us of the process, and explained everything that need to be done to repair our wind damaged roof and a leak. He did not try to pressure us into having the whole roof replaced as other roofing companies did. Don promised that the roof repairs would be done the next day and he was true to his word. In addition to him being an awesome businessman, his prices were much lower than I expected. I highly recommend The Roof Gallery and Don for any roof repairs/replacement that you may need.
