  Contacted Georgia Roof Advisors via Google Local Services Ads for a roof repair leak around a plumbing boot. An appointment was made for an estimate with Victor McQueen, after inquiring of the lack of response to my request for an estimate (was my job too small to warrant a reply?). Two hours before the time, I was home waiting but no one came. Then, I received a voice message from Hunt Group (aka Georgia Roof Advisors). RJ said the Victor McQueen had looked at my repair from the street and provided an estimate. He never met with me to know where the leak is. Incredulous, I asked if he actually looked at my leak from the street. Yes. I said the leak is in the back of the house and can't be seen from the street and there are multiple plumbing pipes, so which one did Victor estimate? RJ sent a photo that he claims Victor took of the leak. Wrong pipe, so how did he come up with an estimate? Since letting RJ know of the error, I've received emails saying that his team is "committed to delivering exceptional results and ensuring your complete satisfaction." It's not exceptional service, so I'm sure I wouldn't be satisfied.

  Justin told me the roof could not be repaired. The only option was to replace the roof. Then who did all of these repair jobs customers are talking about on Google? I've talked to 3 other companies since, they all told me to repair and start saving for the replacement in 3-5 years. Thanks for nothing Georgia Roof Advisors.

  I was seeking to file an insurance claim. I was asked what type of roofing material I had (Basic shingles for SF home), she simply stated they did not do that type. When asked why, she stated 'Don't really know, I am just a receptionist'. Guess they have too much going on......

  My original review was very happy from the front desk to communication but I am very disappointed. After a year my roof started leaking in the same place again. Once I called the roofer stated that I needed new siding for the chimney & to find someone else to do it because he was backed up. I called to speak to a manger because I paid 1600 for a job to be done correctly. & I have the invoice which stated the siding of the chimney would be fixed of course, it was put back on me that I was told a year ago. Why would I pay for something to be half fixed? The shingles are popping up & the roof is leaking. Everyone else has had a great experience, but I am very upset that I didn’t even get any type of help this time around with them coming out twice before since it wasn’t done right the first time. & being told over & over that I was told a year ago it needed to be replaced , when it’s clearly on paper and wasn’t done correctly.

  Hi Jennifer, I am sorry you are disappointed in the service you received from Georgia Roof Advisors. I have investigated this further and can confirm that we performed the following work as part of our repair: "Remove shingles around chimney (approx. 3 feet) Remove siding on chimney - enough to replace flashing Install new Ice and Water Guard, new flashing, new shingles, Replace up to half a sheet of OSB decking, Seal chimney" We have pictures of the repair last year and can confirm all of the above that was quotes, was complete. The siding needed to be removed to replace the flashing behind it because it had been reused when the roof was last replaced. This was the main reason for the original leak. The siding is not a roofing trade so we did not replace the siding only removed it to get behind it. If it was replaced it would then need painting to match the rest of the siding and the cost would be much higher. It is detailed in the notes on our CRM that the siding had been discussed with you and you were advised to have a painter replace this in the near future due to the rotting wood which would cause future issues. I will send the pictures in an email too to clarify. Thanks

  This company just did a new roof installation at my condo. As far as the roof goes, it looks nice. They did the work quickly. However, they completely trashed the landscaping in the process. The workers took absolutely no care or concern and I’m very disappointed in how they left the entire area around my condo. I’ve spent a lot of time and money cultivating a yard that I love and am proud of, and they caused a lot of damage.

  Gave me the run around for days at a time. Complete waste of my time and money, I knew I should have went with someone else from the start. Our appointment was at 10Am and the guy made me wait until 4:00pm! Stay away!!

  Unprofessional customer service department just labels any recent negative reviews as spam. Discrediting any complaint against them as being a part of some strange conspiracy to "take them down" so to speak. Ridiculous. To me, it's obvious this is just a subversive way to trick naive customers into doing business

  Had my roof done, and they ended up putting the entire roof on upside down. Not sure how it was possible but I will not be returning.

  My HOA sent me a picture of my supposed roof with shingles The team scheduled an appointment for me and came out the Friday before the Forth of July at 5pm to accommodate my schedule. They went on the roof and was up there for about 40 min and advised me that the roof was fine all looked good and I didn't need any work. I aske how much for coming out and it was no charge. They wrote up a report and gave me pictures. I sent that back to the HOA and was advised it was someone else's roof. These guys are the best and have worked for me before and do a great job and stand by there work. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks TEAM GREAT JOB!!!!

  Great experience with Georgia Roof Advisors. Their estimator came out and gave me a very reasonable quote, and was informative about the issues with my roof. He even advised me not to pay for one cosmetic defect unless it bothered me, because he knew I was working with a tight budget. The work was performed quickly and professionally.

  In a word, six stars. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Had a horrible experience with Midtown Home Improvements and was extremely worried when I went into this. Didn't need to be. Excellent in every respect. I repeat, excellent in every respect. Gutter and roof replacement.

  Cannot say enough wonderful things about Georgia Roof Advisors. A couple of months ago, we discovered we had damaged shingles in the front of our porch as well as, a leak in our home. Ariel quickly assisted with scheduling the expert team to our home. After searching the roof and attic, the leak was discovered. With our ten year old roof, the crew and roofing team found the shingles to match and then made all the repairs seamlessly. We also had a gutter issue which the team offered a good solution as well. Two weeks ago, after stormy weather, we noticed a shingle at the back of our home was out of place. Once again, Ariel scheduled an expert, who quickly came the next day and took care of the problem. This act of courtesy and professionalism does not go unnoticed. Thank you Georgia Roof Advisors. We are grateful that we can depend on you for all of our roofing needs.

  Georgia Roof Advisors did an outstanding job completing our new roof. They were very patient with our list of questions and more questions and more phone calls to them, before we even chose to go ahead with them. Their communication was excellent and they not only did everything they promised but went above and beyond. The project manager was professional and arrived very early in the morning and stayed late. There were no surprises or hidden costs. They cleaned up every single scrap/nail etc afterwards. Our roof and 3 skylights look beautiful! This company is trustworthy and takes pride in their work!!

  I have a detached garage building that was in pretty bad shape and the roof was quite leaky. The building is probably 55 years old and I have no idea about the roof. Georgia Roof Advisors repaired damage they found and did an excellent job on the roof replacement. It probably is like putting lipstick on a pig, but I like it. They did a great job and the price was fair. On top of that, I didn't need to be here and I was very comfortable with them being here. I would not hesitate to use them again!
