  Hired BlueBuilt to install new gutters, fascia, and crown molding. They removed the old gutters, then planned to leave me without gutters for 5 days. To their credit, they scrambled to get a crew in sooner but had also left a dumpster in my driveway, blocking my garage, and junk in my yard, while I was being told to wait through rainstorms without gutters while other customers take precedent due to "scheduling issues". The dumpster was picked up but the dumpster they brought in was overkill and the removal truck put gashes in my driveway. Additionally, while i was paying for crown molding on the entire house, they initially left out a section that was only later installed (at 6:30am when I woke up to hammering on my bedroom wall) after much pulling of teeth. Also damaged existing soffit the first day, said they would replace, later said they would not, then did replace but scuffed up all of the painted fascia. Brackets for the old downspouts were remove, but the exposed wood was not repainted. I had to ask for these to be repainted and not all of them ever were. They try to do their best but do not have their own gutter crews, did not manage them the crews they had, and did not communicate almost anything to me. Also gave me three different project managers, none of who had much idea of what was going on at any time. Clean up was minimal. I cleaned up dozens of nails in my yard and driveway afterwards with a magnet.

  They nailed holes in my AC Freon line and I had no AC for 2 days until they came back to fix it. They also knocked paint off the ceiling and broke a lightbulb in my upstairs bathroom. There was glass all over the floor.

The AC line was repaired, the paint damage was corrected, and all concerns were resolved at no cost to you. While we are glad we were able to make things right, we recognize that the inconvenience should not have happened in the first place.   Bluebuilt crews did the job ok but left the dumpster in my front yard for 6 days. They left leftover siding in my yard. I asked for 6 days for them to clean up there mess. Each time was told "it will be picked up today" and was blown off each daily each day for a week. Got tired of asking the people who are responsible for thw mess

  Very disappointed with our 3 phase project. Communication with project management was sporadic and lacking truth. Work was poor quality and roofers had bad attitude s while speaking very little English. Owner tried to get it right but failed. I’ll never recommend this company to anyone.

During our final meeting, you and I inspected the roof together, confirmed the work met expectations, and agreed that all outstanding issues had been resolved. We shook hands and parted on good terms. While I respect that you’re entitled to your opinion, I take great pride in standing behind our work and making things right when challenges arise. Especially on larger, multi-phase projects like this one. Wanted to schedule again for tomorrow….didn’t tell me they wern’t showing up until 4pm. I have several other companies doing bids this week so I hope those companies can make it 😙😙😙 …

  Salesmen are slick as oil, but they just hire run of the mill contractors. There's no real benefit in paying the extra money they charge. I regret doing business with them. ETA: In response to the comment from the owner - we definitely did business under a former name of your company. The fact that you all change business names as regularly as you do absolutely should have been a red flag for me. I hate I missed it. Final Response: The number of changes you all have undergone is nasty work, especially to try to pay it off as bad fortune. You have my email. At BlueBuilt, we use only thoroughly vetted and trained installers — no shortcuts. If you did work with us under a different name and feel something fell short, I want to make it right.   Had the folks from Roofing Pups come out and give me an estimate for re-siding a home. First, they told me they were preferred vendors from James Hardie. If you check the James Hardie website you will see that they are NOT preferred vendors. I spoke to the sales rep and then his manager and we agreed to terms on a deal. A week went by and I didn’t hear anything from them. I reached out to them as a follow up and was told that they had made a mistake and would not be able to honor the deal that we made… Even though we had a signed contract. Pretty sure if I signed a contract with them but then decided to back out a week later they wouldn’t have just said ok and forgotten the whole thing.

  Hi BlueBuilt: the team with whom I worked with during the renovations project was quite professional. Between Kevin ( setup the project) to Dalton ( managed the renovation) to the crew of craftsmen (Manny, Héctor, Sebastian & B) the end results were a compilation of well organized project, interactive communication, & superb craftsmanship. I highly recommend this team & in the event additional repairs are required at some point, I would request to work with this team.

  Kevin did a very nice job explaining the process and detailing my alternatives and Jon was an excellent project manager. Both were very responsive and accommodated multiple follow-ups due to my high demands. Not without a few bumps but the company showed high character in making sure they worked with me to a great outcome.

  Michael that came out was amazing and very personable. Unfortunately they hit me for $2500 for a small roof leak and Michael’s boss tried the typical sales tactics that never work. Got it done with Lynn’s for $600 and a 3 year warranty, zero sales pressure. Giving them a 3 solely because Michael was a stand up guy.

  I recently had my roof replaced by BlueBuilt Roofing as a result of wind damage to my roof resulting in a bad leak., I can say the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, their rep or inspector Kevin stood out from the other roofing companies I contacted. He performed an extremely thorough inspection and identified issues that other roofers either missed or didn't seem to care enough to investigate. His knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to explain everything gave me confidence that we were making the right decision. Throughout the process, the team was professional, responsive, responsive, and easy to work with. Whenever I had questions or needed additional information, they responded promptly and kept me informed every step of the way. The installation crew did an excellent job, completing the roof replacement with high-quality workmanship and great attention to detail. They were efficient, respectful of my property, and left everything clean when the job was finished.Those guys are heroes. If you're looking for a roofing company that truly cares about its customers, takes the time to do a proper inspection, and delivers quality results, I highly recommend BlueBuilt Roofing.
