  They clearly did not flash my roof valley properly and now it leaks WORSE than it ever did before! I had them come out and they blamed it on leaves. Well this time there's no chance its due to leaves because I removed them this week and it's STILL LEAKING JUST AS BAD and I can't get them to come back out and fix it!

  I have tried several times to get in touch with RoofUS but they will not respond to my emails or phone calls. After they installed my new roof and gutters, which both were done, mostly good, there is one area of concern I want them to address. Please respond to my emails. Thanks Ken Sanders

  Absolutely screws people and definitely the elderly!! Throws debris everywhere and breaks stuff. Tells somebody one price then jacks it up another 10k after work is done. How about yall make your mistakes right!

  They are not honest about their marketing. Having people do jobs gor them and will not pay. I would not hire them. Shady

  This company is incredibly unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend anyone uses this company. They lie and don't follow through on their commitments.

  We initially did estimates with a guy from Different company but as he was going to roofus, my husband decided to stay with him. Insurance company told us that it was manipulated by whomever but they still approved it. He said he would replace the gutter as well, but gutter is causing a problem. We have a waterfall on our window every time it rains a lot. They came out and tried to fix it, but it was not fixed. Now we have to hire another person to fix this issue. I do appreciate their efforts, but i am not sure if we chose right person initially.

  Working with Mesfin and Justin has been just wonderful. From Justin meeting with the adjuster and getting everything approved has been a great experience. They both have been there through the entire installation. They were on time and cleaned up my entire yard. Was so impressed with Roof US my daughter is having her roof replaced also.

  There are too many good things to say about my experience with Roof US. From start to finish the communication and service were exceptional. Justin, Matt, and Mesfin know what they’re doing and know how to make a great experience for their customers. They handled the process for us at every step in what can otherwise be an unpleasant experience in dealing with insurance. Highly recommend working with Roof US.

  After storm damage, we chose Roof US to replace our roof and couldn’t be happier with the experience. We had actually replaced our roof once before with another company, and Roof US quickly identified several areas where corners had been cut. Their attention to detail and honesty gave us a ton of confidence. In a world where roofing companies constantly spam calls and texts to me, Roof US treated us like people, not just another sales lead. Matt and Chelsea were fantastic to work with throughout the entire process...professional, responsive and genuinely caring. Highly recommend.

  I had a great experience with this roofing company from start to finish. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. A special shoutout to Cam, one of the helpers on the job, who did an absolutely incredible job. Cam was hardworking, respectful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. His attention to detail and positive attitude really stood out and made the whole experience even better.   When i called the office , a lady by the name of Jessica helped me so much. I had no idea of what I was doing and she answered all my questions with such professionalism and knowledge about roofing.
