  I am sorry to hear that you feel this way, especially since you were satisfied with the retaining wall when the job was completed. The wall was built to code using proper materials, drainage, and compaction, and I stand behind the quality and structural integrity of the work. I have even added a photo of the before and after for this job to our Google profile. Regarding the concerns raised by a third party that was not present during the build, I respectfully disagree with their assessment, as it does not reflect the actual construction methods used. As for the receipt, it was provided, and I am happy to resend it. You also approved the work and payment terms before the project began. There was a misunderstanding that resulted in a pallet and some stones being left on-site, and I apologize for that inconvenience. I always aim to communicate clearly and professionally.   Creag came to my home with a contract on January 25 2017 After lots of calls to creag finley got the roof done on March 7 2018 very slow in doing the Jod after giving such a large deposit on the work ! Worh finley got done after the rong color singel was delv.. sorry is not a excuse for this

  Follow up was not very good so a lot of room for improvement in the customer service area. The repair seemed to be ok although pretty expensive for no more than what it was but I had a leak and it needed fixed. My real issue revolves around trying to get a paid invoice out of them. Did not have one to issue on day of service but was told I would get one sent. I have made several requests and again told have not forgotten about me. Job was done a month ago and still no invoice. I just wanted for my tax records but I guess that they must not care seeing how they got my check and have been made whole on their end. Lately my text messages were not even being answered so I picked up phone and spoke to Craig who assured me he would get me my invoice that day, Well, did not happen. For the most part, contractor industry sucks when it comes to good quality and customer service so I guess this company sees no reason to differentiate itself from the competition! Wont be my choice next time I need a repair!!! What I am wondering is do they really just lack customer service or is there a fear of issuing an invoice to me because they don't want a paper trail in the event the repair was done substandard and does not correct the problem long term like I was told it would? Verbally, they said they stand behind their work for life but I don't have anything in writing???? Great marketing tool but not going to win any repeat business that way. Company's like this tend to live paycheck to paycheck and will never advance to a first class operation.

  Excellent customer service. Getting a free estimate from craig was easy. Just like talking with an old friend. Complete roof replacement was competitive and he answered all my questions. Scheduled within 2 days, crew came at 8am, done by 4. Very impressed. Got another estimate for trimming trees, Scheduled for the next day, completed by mid afternoon. Can't say enough good things. Already referred to family for other projects, you won't be disappointed.

  Called Craig with a roof issue and he and his team handled the problem quickly, professionally and at a reasonable price. I’ve used The Roof Factory 3 times now and will do so whenever I have roofing needs.

  Just did some work on my roof to prevent water going down the side of my chimney and causing water stains. He explained in details what needs to be done. Craig performed the work promptly! Give him a call on your next roof job.
