At Red Roofing & Gutters, we stand behind our workmanship and warranty our repairs. After reviewing our records, we don’t see that our office was contacted about these concerns. If we had been made aware, we would have gladly returned to inspect the issue and make any warranted repairs at no cost. We take pride in our integrity and always appreciate the opportunity to address our customers’ concerns directly. We wish you the very best moving forward.

  Just closed on a home and Red Rooofing performed the roof inspection. Unfortunately, they missed a roof leak that is now my issue. Honest mistake I’m sure, but it would have been nice to get the repair from the seller or money off the property

  I reached out to Red roofing and gutters because of damage done to my home due to Hurricane Helene for a free estimate on minor fascia damage to my 5 year old home. From the start, the communication was inconsistent. When they finally came, they quoted me for over $10,000- not for the minor repair that I requested, but for a full roof replacement I did not need or ask for. When I tried to follow up for clarification of the quote and to ask questions, I was completely ignored. This experience left me feeling overlooked and disrespected. I would NOT recommend this company based off of the lack of professionalism, transparency, and follow through that I experienced.

  N’Kayla - sorry we didn’t meet your expectations. We discussed that we would be giving you a full replacement quote based on you wanting to get the roof bought through FEMA and we did our best to give you what your asked for. You also had the repairs on that estimate as well so we are a bit shocked to get this type of feedback for providing you with exactly what we discussed and what you asked us to do. Additionally, once you left this review, both of the owners tried to reach out to you to discuss the misunderstanding on this and you did not seem to be interested in resolving this misunderstanding. When you didn’t respond, we sent you the repairs that were needed and it was only an $1,100 repair which is more than competitive on pricing. We are sorry you were upset about getting the estimate you asked for to turn into FEMA, but we will do our best to learn from this and do better in the future. All the best to you.

  These guys have been some of the most upfront and honest people when it comes to roofing that I have ever come across. They know their stuff and if they don’t know something they’re quick to say so and then find an answer. I respect that I can’t speak highly enough about the team at Red Roofing & Gutters!

  From the consultation to the finish this was an excellent experience! Zach was great and listened to everything we wanted. He even stayed to get all his measurements despite the rain that day. We’re very pleased with all the work and our home looks beautiful!

  Red Roofing & Gutters provided me with a report that I have never seen before after owning 3 homes. A Clean Bill of Health Report. A report with up close pictures with a brief statement underneath the pictures shown. This report is precise where I understood what I was looking at. Today’s technology is overwhelmingly awesome! I sincerely appreciate this report, and I truly appreciate this inspection with the utmost respect of the person who did the report if I may not be mistaken Mr. Camron Lane or Mr. Zach. I thank you both for a clear photo shoot of the roof. A team of highly qualified individuals working together as a team to provide results for this customer.

  I can see why Red Roofing has a 5-star rating! Thank you to the entire Red Roofing team, and especially Kevin, for doing a stellar job from start to finish. I truly appreciate your honesty, professionalism, and dedication to making sure my roof was replaced the right way. After NOVA Roofing abandoned the job without any warning, you stepped in and delivered on every promise you made. Your crew arrived at 6:00 a.m. and had the entire roof completed by noon. Even more impressive, they left my property spotless not a single nail or old shingle was left behind. If you're looking for a roofing company that stands behind its word and delivers exceptional results, I highly recommend Red Roofing. Great job, Kevin and team!
