  Our roof looked good, only took 2 days to finish, but be careful , weve had one leak after another since best choice put on a new foof, the vent above my stove flooded i had six trash cans to hold the water pouring out from that ven,t messing up my spices and shelves its been time and time again, all my ceilings are dis- colored, just late month, my LR ceiling was leaking again, ive had more leaks w/ our new roof than we ever had with our old roof, everyone was so nice showed great respect was shown, but the workmanship was extremely poor! ! They should have sent a new crew and put me on a roof that worked. Our Dining Room has brown spots everywhere, water damaged my kitchen shelves at the vent, we paid 300 dollars to have our ceiling painted, now because of all the leaks it now leak thur brown rings everywhere , all over my house, they sent out a guy, he fixed yet another leak, and guess what got a leak in my LR, be very wary about Best Choice, you may regret it, we have!! We are just so disappointed, ask them how many times theyve been out for leaks, if they are honest they will tell you. We wished we hadnt used them, now a need a new roof just 4 years later , we are on SS fixed on a fixed income, having to deal with all this, me having open heart surgery , hubby dealing with skin cancer and everytime it rains we are worried, oh i forget to leak in our furnace room , the floor got flooded too, Just be careful!

  They do good work prices are too high for replacement OSB. But my main problem with them is their lack of warranty. Good luck getting a phone call ahead of time. I got my call when the door bell notified me on my phone. I will not recommend this company. I had to pay someone else to take care of the warranty work.

  My inspection and quote included replacement of damaged gutters and downspouts. Humbled did NOT replace these, forcing me to get a 3rd party contractor. Additionally, there was damage to the home created by Humbled workers that Humbled refused to correct. I had the work corrected myself. I had to negotiate with a Humbled representative to come to an agreement on final cost. I did end up paying out of pocket for some of the repairs that were supposed to be done by Humbled but were not. They tried to get me to sign-off on the completion multiple times so they could collect the realized depreciation, even though they never completed the work - i.e. repairing the damage they did, etc. I uploaded a small sample of some of the damage they created, including a leak in the bathroom ceiling. I would not recommend.

  Absolutely one of the worst experience with a company I’ve ever had. Was approached by Dusty and the owner of the company. Promised my wife and I they will replace my roof …. Don’t worry about anything, you’re in great hands. Came out and replaced my roof. They didn’t bother to take any precautions for my exterior.Shingles were thrown off roof hitting the sides of my house. My house is stucco, and had just recently been repainted at the cost of 20,000 dollars. My stucco was left with black marks all over my house. Also my flagstone tiles were left damaged. My gutters were left bent up and damaged also. My house had well over 20,000 dollars worth of damage done to it… When contacted. Dusty came out and tried to patch up my paint on stucco. It didn’t match and was more of a mess. He told me my gutters were already damaged, which is completely untrue. We were left with no recourse, but to hire an attorney. They tried to tell us that because someone had came out to inspect our roof, that they were not liable for any damages. The inspector never went on my roof. Inspection was done on ground. Also they completely left flashing off one of my chimneys… Which had to be completely redone, costing me 1500.00 dollars…My roofer could not believe the lack of care this company had performed on this job…After months of haggling with their attorney. We settled on a settlement of 20,000 …. Not near enough to cover all the damages done by Humble roofing company…Not to mention the stress my wife endured. I would never use this company. The worst experience I’ve ever experienced.

  The work was professionally and quickly done. To the extent of my knowledge, it appeared well done. However, paperwork seems an issue. I requested a receipt, to have available to show to potential future buyers. As with all receipts, I requested it show: * who issued the receipt (Humbled Roofing) * what the receipt was for (installation of a new roof at 106 Balsam Ln Aiken SC 29803 using Certainteed Landmark Pro shingles and new gutters) * when the work was done on (12-29-2025) * what was charged and paid ($30,6560.92) After requesting a receipt, they did issue an Invoice, but it contained no statement of what it was for or when the work was done. Humbled requested I sign a Certificate of Completion, which I cannot do because the paperwork is not yet done.

  I had an awesome experience working with Rafael on getting a new roof for my home. He is one of the main reason why we went with Humbled Roofing to begin with. From start to finish, he walked me through the entire process and made sure I understood every step. He was always available to answer questions and kept me informed throughout the project. Rafael communicated all the details in a timely manner, whether it was for my approval or simply to keep me updated on any issues that came up. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to making the process as smooth as possible really stood out. I truly appreciated the excellent communication and customer service.   Although they left a few items in the yard, they did a great job. Curtis Tucker was exceptionally professional and thorough, going above and beyond what was expected of him. I am elderly and he was wonderful to me. I would highly recommend Humbled Roofing to anyone.

  Humbled Roofing and Restoration completed a replacement of our roof in one day. Many thanks to Bryson, Christian and James for regularly keeping us informed through the steps of insurance claim navigation to final inspection after project completion. There was a 12 person team that arrived to get removal and reinstall done in a timely manner. They took measures to protect landscaping and cleaned up and removed all debris. Bryson answered all our questions and was available by text at any time during the process. With the CertainTeed shingles our roof looks much better and will be protected for many years to come. We would recommend this group if you find your roof in need of replacing.

  Humbled Roofing was prompt with the arrival of materials as promised. Their customer service was very reliable. The project manager, Christian followed up with what he promised, the service we could expect as the old roof was being replaced. After the new roof was installed, taking only one and a half days, clean up was completed perfectly. We highly recommend this company for roof replacement.

  Ryan was excellent. Led me through the entire process. Answered all my questions, even helped with the insurance issues. The crew was great! Courteous, and professional crew. The roof is awesome and the cleanup was complete. I recommend Humbled without reservation.
