  Beware!!! This roofing company will give you a quote and not honor their quote after if was excepted. They gave me a quote and then doubled the quote after I had accepted it. This was a quote not an estimate!!! Bad business practices that they have!

  I made an appointment and I waited all day and they never showed up. The appointment was with Jean at 1pm and he never showed up.

We do not determine insurance coverage or whether a full roof replacement is approved—that decision is made solely by your insurance carrier. We completed the authorized repairs as agreed, and there is still an outstanding balance for the work that was performed. While we respect your right to share your experience, we believe this review misrepresents the situation. If you disagree with your insurance company's decision, we encourage you to address those concerns directly with them.   Guy shows up while I’m working on my vehicle to tell me I have a bad roof pointing at shingles that look brand new compared to others. Was skeptical but had 2 other services look at my roof and actually do their part unbiased and get on the roof without comment. Results “sorry we can’t help you sir but your roof is fine”. To which I reply thank you sir for your time. Some companies are honest while other make off the cuff judgements.

  Sales rep was level headed, professional, and solution oriented, roof tarping was fast and professional. I would stick to what their name describes if you want their best work.

  Disappointing is a kind way to put it. I was constantly displeased with the professionalism and level of work. The team had to come in multiple times to “fix” the work. The only pleasant experience I had was when they put Kami on the job! It seems like she is their “fixer” for when projects go south. The men of the project essentially ran from responsibilities and left it up to her to clean up their mess.

  I had almost signed a contract with another company, but I wasn't sure about replacing my roof. Then Javier Veguilla came to visit me and showed me four things that immediately changed my mind: extensive product knowledge, an explanation of the extraordinary warranty they offer, great professionalism in their work, and support and guidance until the project's completion.   The work was to replace all the screws on the metal roof and install new seals for the chimney and three exhaust pipes at roofline. I mentioned to the site supervisor, Josue Pacheco, that I was hearing water dripping in the fireplace during rains. He did an inspection in the attic, told me the problem providing photos, suggested a repair that he could provide. The chimney cap was never installed properly (see photos below). He also replaced the circle cap and flashing and painted the chimney cover to prevent future rust. The supervisor was so accommodating to an older woman; a true gentleman!! He handled the additional chimney problem and left me confident in the workmanship of the entire job!!
