  They talked a lot of big game about insurance covering the roof but when they found out insurance wouldn’t cover it they disappeared. They promised a follow up and never did.

  Southern Premier helped some of my neighbors with their roofs. They knocked on my door promising to help work with my insurance company to file a claim and help me replace my roof for no cost. They told me they would support me through the process and work with the insurance company, but they did not deliver. My insurance company went so far as to ask them to provide the necessary documentation/photos to support my claim and they couldn't even bother to do that. Do yourself a favor and find another roofer.

  Mickey and Mallory are the absolute BEST! They are both highly professional, they answered all of my questions, they were patient, and they checked on me daily prior to installation to make sure that I knew what was going on. I highly recommend them both, and I’d gladly work with both of them again!

  Southern Premier Roofing completed my roof in one day! Everyone was very respectful of my property, elderly parents and did an amazing job. Mallory, my representative was on site the whole time supervising. The property was clear of all debris. My roof looks amazing.....

  Hands down the best experience we have ever had with a company. We contacted Ricky to discuss some things we wanted to fix and upgrade on our home and from the first contact, Ricky has been very professional and also very attentive. He has made the whole process so smooth and easy. Ricky and his crew did a phenomenal job on our new roof. We can’t wait to see the finished product when he and his crew finish the other projects we have planned. Ricky has made us feel very comfortable with this entire process and was willing to answer any question we had no matter what it was. He made sure we fully understood what was happening and what would happen step by step. We have already recommended him and his crew to family members.   Ricky and Southern Premier Roofing were absolutely incredible to work with. In addition to a new roof, we also had our gutters replaced and the house painted by Ricky and his people, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. He coordinated every detail and was consistently proactive with communication, which made a huge difference. We always knew what was happening and what to expect next. What impressed us most was how quickly everything was completed without sacrificing quality. The workmanship across the board was outstanding, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Buying a new home and tackling updates can be incredibly stressful, but this experience was the complete opposite. Ricky and Southern Premier Roofing made it easy, smooth, and even enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality work and a team you can truly trust.

  Avian did an awesome job. I had been denied a few months earlier, but after he knocked on my door, I decided to give him a call—and I’m glad I did. He was able to get my entire roof covered through State Farm and handled everything from start to finish. He supervised the work, made sure everything was done right, and kept me taken care of throughout the process. Super professional—highly recommend giving him a call.

  Mallory with Southern Premier Roofing did a fantastic job on our new roof! Prompt and very professional! From the start Malloy had a winning personality and was not high pressure.   Ricky and his crew came and helped me out on roof repairs in a hurry in Athens. They did a very thorough and professional job! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I would describe them as being honest, affordable with top notch customer service and communication.

  I recently had my roof replaced by Southern Premier Roofing, after Helene. I was extremely impressed with my project manager Kevin Felts. He really fought for me to get a new roof. My insurance company only wanted to replace a couple of shingles. Kevin wasn’t happy (neither was I) with my adjuster’s final ruling. Somehow, after talking with the adjuster’s boss, Kevin got me a new roof. Kevin checked in with me often to give me an update on the progress of my claim. I trusted him so much, I referred him to my niece, who lived in the Atlanta area. I would definitely use Southern Premier Roofing again, I was 100% satisfied with them and my awesome project manager, Kevin Felts. Thank you Kevin for your kindness, caring attitude, and professionalism!!! However, I was very disappointed in the way the roofing team left my property. My landscape lanterns were pulled up and placed on my porch. They were NEVER replaced. This is a problem, because I’m in a wheelchair and I can’t replace them. My cameras were unplugged and NEVER plugged back in. All of my rocking chairs (2) and a table were pushed in a corner and NEVER moved back. Also, my roof was replaced in December, so I had covers on both outside facets. They removed the covers and NEVER replaced them. They were left on the ground and were blown down the street. Due to the above listed problems, I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN. Also, Keven left the company. He is the one that made me happy with my roof. They did a great job on my roof. All of the issues I listed above are still a problem. I’m disabled and in a wheelchair, so I can’t fix the issues I’ve tried to hire people to fix the issues but they NEVER show up.
