  If I could give this company negative stars I absolutely would!! I’m not one to leave reviews but this has been the WORSE company I have ever dealt with in my life! I have given them MULTIPLE chances and YEARS to make this right and they still can’t make it right or even work with me! Shane absolutely just ignores us and if we go through the BBB he says talk to his lawyer which is extremely unprofessional given our roof is literally only 5 years old and this the THIRD time, let me repeat the THIRD time in FIVE years our roof is literally falling off! The shingles are literally FALLING off in strips off of my roof! The guy that came out last said IMMEDIATELY our roof was installed wrong and that we needed hurricane clips on our roof to make it not wavy and actually not only look good but do what it’s supposed to! So when our roof literally two years ago had literally strips of shingles laying on the ground they said they would redo the front since we have a mansard roof that’s it!! Even though this was THIER mistake to begin with for installing it wrong and then they turned around didn’t do anything they said needed to be done with it that would make it correct and literally two years later almost to the the month our shingles are literally falling off again!! This has been a nightmare!! I’m not one to leave reviews but this is ridiculous and this company is TERRIBLE!! Nobody should have to go through this much just to get a company to DO THEIR JOB!!!

  Seemed genuine and helpful at first, then service, call backs and helpfulness fell off drastically after initial inspection. Follow-ups took forever and final quote was astronomically above market value. I’m sure others have had fine experiences, but this was ours. We do not recommend.

  This company is a dishonest company a week ago there employee that was driving the company vehicle pulled out backwards from there company parking lot into the middle lane of a two lane street on Indianola Street and as I’m driving north pass there store he does a u turn without signals at a fast speed to go back into his company parking lot he doesn’t see me driving in the north lane he heads straight towards my lane I tried my best to swerve out of his way he’s doing the u tire so fast I can’t get away far enough due to store fronts on my passenger side of road including his store and he hits me head on into my driver side door he gets out after accident ask if I’m ok apologizing “he didn’t see me I’m so sorry” police come witnesses there tells the police what happened he is sited for the accident but the next day owner tells his insurance company it’s not his fault and now I’m having to go through all this unnecessary stuff with insurance company Safeco when your wrong other people and I take responsibility for it and thank God no one was hurt or worse killed this kind of conduct from a business let’s people think if they did some Roofing job and a customer has a issue they could possibly be dishonest and not be accountable and rectify the situation immediately as they should of done with me I wasn’t asking for to much no medical stuff just my Jeep Wrangler I worked hard to have and get my family and I around I have one car grandkids to get around ect and they blatantly lied to not have there insurance raised…. Not good business! The pictures shows his car bumper on my widow only a head on hit would show that smh not a honest company in my opinion.

  I'm sure this company is great if you live in Powell, Dublin, or Bexley. But if you live in Linden, you are SOL. I contacted them for an emergency roof repair. Came out for an initial inspection on a Friday and was scheduled to come back the following Monday. Come Monday, he said he was running behind on a big job and would come by Tuesday morning. Haven't heard from him since, has been a week.

  pleased with the new roof. Ironically hail storm hit just as they were finishing the job. Fortunately no damage. Price was competitive and Brayden was an excellent communicator and kept us apprised at every step. There was some rework but Brayden made sure it was taken care of to our satisfaction.   Worked with Brayden. Did a great job and was very good with all communication from the beginning to the end. Definitely recommend. The guys doing the roof did a great job and by the end of the project had everything cleaned up like they had never even been there.

  Cody Lawrence was a fantastic partner in navigating our insurance back and forth and always gave me great information to provide the insurer to answer their questions. And the team of roofers was fantastic. We replaced a cedar shake roof with a composite F-wave roof and it looks incredible. It was an expensive job but we wanted the best. Great job by Cody, Carrie and The Roof Detectives team. A+++.

  The Roof Detective did a fabulous job replacing my old roof and adding a chimney cricket. Sarah Davis, the company representative did a wonderful job evaluating what was needed and answering my questions. The price was fair, and the roofing crew excellent. I highly recommend this company!

  We had a great experience with the team at the Roof Detective. From helping with our insurance claim to the roof replacement itself to the final cleanup, they did an excellent job and were prompt and professional. We haven’t even found a single stray nail on our property! I would highly recommend them.

  This is the best roofing company in the area. The Roof Detective thoroughly inspected our roof and worked with our insurance adjuster to get it replaced. The job was done in a day. A few years later, a spot on our ceiling appeared. I contacted TJ Cernus who sent Jeffrey Snapp out to look right away. Jeffery sent expert technician Rico Perez to inspect the entire roof. Rico found some issues and recommended the back half of the roof be replaced. As soon as the weather improved, we were scheduled for the replacement and it was done. They kept me informed every step of the way. I can’t say enough great things about TJ, Jeffrey, Rico, and all the professionals at The Roof Detective. A new roof is only as good as the workmanship and the warranty, and these guys went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of.

  Five stars. Period. The Roof Detective team was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Working with Cody and Carrie was a pleasure! They were courteous and professional, and made the entire insurance and approval process smooth and stress-free. Their team worked quickly without cutting corners. I was impressed by their attention to detail, handling an unexpected hurdle with ease.
