Lifetime Quality Roofing installed my roof, which includes a lifetime warranty. Recently, following a chimney project, a small section of roof plywood near the chimney became concave/sagging. I reached out to Lifetime Quality to inspect and evaluate the area so any necessary repair would be done properly under my lifetime warranty. Over the last 3.5 weeks, I have reached out repeatedly via email and text to project management and the scheduling team asking to book a simple warranty inspection or technician visit. I have received zero replies or follow-up. It is extremely disappointing to experience this complete lack of response once the main installation job is completed and paid for. I hope management takes notice of this review and reaches out to address this long-overdue warranty request.

I am writing to bring to your attention a roofing company called Lifetime Quality Roofing, which is located in Westerville, Ohio. I strongly advise against using this company for any roofing needs. The company has been a source of significant frustration for me. In 2022, the roof was replaced on my property in Hilliard by this company. Unfortunately, a leak has developed on the roof, which is now leaking into my bedroom ceiling. Despite the roof being only four years old, the company has refused to cover the repair, citing that the roof is not under warranty. I purchased my property last year, and the company has stated that the warranty is not transferable. However, the previous owner had reached out to the company and provided all the necessary documentation, yet the company has still refused to transfer the warranty and cover the repair. The company’s actions are unacceptable. Firstly, the quality of their work in replacing the roof was subpar, resulting in the leak after only four years. Secondly, they have failed to take responsibility for the issue and have been extremely difficult to work with. They have made it challenging to schedule an inspection and repair, and they have demanded payment even before they have inspected the roof. I urge you to exercise caution and avoid using Lifetime Quality Roofing for any roofing needs.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We're sorry to hear about the leak, and we understand how frustrating that must be, especially in your bedroom. To clarify for others reading this: both our workmanship warranty and the manufacturer's material warranty are tied to the original homeowner and are not transferable to subsequent owners. This is standard across the roofing industry, not a policy unique to us, and unfortunately it's not something we're able to make an exception on. We know that's disappointing news when you've just purchased a home. We'd still like the chance to help where we can. Please reach out to us directly so we can discuss an inspection and next steps.

Don't use this company. They never follow up and you will never see a penny back in referral money. The worst

Signed a contract for them to replace the roof on my house with shingles and the roof of my detached garage with metal. They were going to do it at the same time. They replaced the roof on the house but not the garage. When I called to see why they didn’t replace the roof on the garage they weren’t sure why it didn’t get replaced. Then they wanted me to reschedule the garage roof and said it would be months before they got it done. I told them it was in the contract for them to initially do and I shouldn’t be penalized and taken to the end of the line because of their mistake. Which I am in the process of selling the house so it needs to be done quickly. Their response was to call me and say their “metal crew” all quit and there was no way for them to do the roof. Now I am back to finding another company to do the roof and will have an extended wait time for completion of the roof. Which will cause me delays and money since I need the roof completed before selling the house, resulting in paying two mortgages. The agreement for the work scope was dated September of 2025. The work was completed March of 2026. There were no other changes to the work scope and the company continues to lie to save face instead of admitting to their screw ups.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We genuinely care about every customer experience and want to make sure the full picture is represented here. We completed the agreed-upon roof replacement on your home and are glad that work was finished. Regarding the garage, our records show that the scope of work was adjusted multiple times throughout the project, and the metal garage roof was ultimately not part of the finalized work order at the time of completion. This was not an oversight by our crew. The work simply was not included in the final agreement. We do understand how stressful it can be to navigate a home sale, and we are sorry this has added to that pressure. We would genuinely welcome the chance to sit down with you, review the documentation together, and see if there is anything we can do to help point you in the right direction. Please don't hesitate to contact our office. We are happy to help however we can.

Post roof installation rant. Broken gutter, left 15lbs of debris in back gutters. Destroyed my front lawn. Refuse to fix bad wood they missed before install. Got flat tire from roofing nail (new tires too). Didn't put flap from roof to gutter in. Left dryer vent crooked, not perpendicular. Clear soft spot in roof, refuse to rectify. Told plywood would be used, used osb pressboard. At this point I would give them zero stars if I could. Going to BBB site next.

Initial interactions were great. Quick response and great to work with insurance. That’s about all I can say positive. The roof was completed, but not how it should have been so a portion needed to be repaired. Now less than 1 year later a shingle (or more) came off in the wind and they are refusing to fix it! $24,000 for a roof and less than a year later they won’t fix it. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Thank you for your review. We're glad the initial process, including working with your insurance, met your expectations, and we're sorry to hear about your frustration. We want to be transparent with the community: after reviewing this situation, the shingle damage was caused by subsequent severe weather conditions, which fall outside the scope of our workmanship warranty. Like most roofing warranties, ours does not cover storm or wind damage occurring after installation that protection is provided through your homeowner's insurance policy. We'd encourage you to file a claim with your homeowner's insurance, and we're happy to assist with that process just as we did originally. Please don't hesitate to reach out to. We're always willing to help our customers navigate next steps.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! My experience was a nightmare of poor service, Hail damage to roof and siding in April 2025, Salesperson was out quick and worked with insurance for new roof and replacement of damaged siding pieces (1 year old house). At the contract signing the lady thought I only wanted the roof done, not the siding and aluminum trim. I corrected her and the documents were signed. I was ghosted for 2 months until I finally reached them and found out the salesperson quit and nobody called me. Finally got the roof done and the ridge vent over the sunroom had been deleted so they came back out to fix it. When stripping the roof they damaged the generator cover with scratches through the paint. I was told they would replace it by the roof inspector and to get an estimate. Submitted estimate from generator installer but was only credited 50% of the replacement cost because they claimed scratches were acceptable based on the contract. Received a final bill that deleted the siding and trim that was not done yet. Called and once again they thought no siding and trim was to be done even though approved by insurance. Had about 8 pieces of siding needing done but they delivered enough siding to do the whole house and delete the board and batten I had. No notice on arrival of work crew and caught them in the morning they showed up. While talking to the supervisor the workers were starting to strip siding which we immediately stopped them. The supervisor asked why I was deleting the board and batten and I informed him I wasn't and showed him the insurance estimate. After an hour on the phone he sent the crew home and replaced the needed pieces and apologized. I asked him about the gutters and trim and he had no knowledge of it but would check. There is a lot of damaged aluminum trim and it was worked on by 4 different crews on 4 different visits after numerous calls by me. They damaged the new gutters and had to come out again and replace them. Lifetime was supposed to work

We sincerely apologize for the incredibly frustrating experience you had with us. As a returning customer, you already knew the standard of work we strive for, and it is deeply disappointing to hear that we fell completely short of that mark on this project. There is no excuse for the series of miscommunications, the delays after your salesperson left, or the mishandling of your siding, trim, and insurance claim. We also regret the stress caused by the damage to your generator cover and gutters. We take your feedback very seriously and are addressing these severe breakdowns in our communication and project management internally to ensure this doesn't happen again.

In March 2025, we hired Lifetime Quality Roofing to replace the roof. In May 2025, we received a paid in full confirmation from their office. In February 2026, nine months after the paid in full notification, we started receiving collection emails for $700. No explanation of the charges were initially provided. Almost daily, we were receiving automated and ‘personalized’ collection emails from Lifetime Quality Roofing. For being in an industry that is relies heavily on word of mouth, referrals and Google reviews they have an interesting business model. I hope your experience is better than ours.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the final accounting of your project and the timing of the recent notifications. While our records indicate a remaining balance for the retail upgrades selected outside of the insurance scope of loss, we certainly did not intend to cause any frustration with the automated follow-up emails. We strive to make the closing process as smooth as possible, and we regret that your experience felt otherwise. Please contact our office directly at your earliest convenience so we can discuss the details and move forward.

Inspector Roderick was professional and courteous. He was able to tell we did have some hail damage but it was relatively minor and the roof should last us for several more years.

Hi 5 Roofing did a wonderful, quick and thorough job with my new roof. I was very pleased with the customer service and the employees worked from the time they got to my house until they were done. This was my first experience with Hi 5 Roofing and the work was completed in 1 day. The next day we had more high winds, I had no issues with my roof. I received the best customer service from Aaron. I highly recommend this company!!!! Thank you again!!

Had Tyler & Sam come out for a roof inspection. Had some pretty serious wind 60mph+ last few days. Roof was checked and cleared to be ok. Grateful for their honesty & integrity. Also thanks to Lori to scheduling and Willard for facilitating the process. This shows how strong a customer service focused this group is. Thank you all for your exceptional service and expedience.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this! We're really glad Tyler and Sam were able to get out quickly after those storms and give you a clear, honest assessment. That peace of mind matters, and we'd always rather tell a homeowner everything looks good than find problems where there aren't any.

I am pleased with the service and quality I received from Lifetime Quality Roofing. The wins: Communication- they kept me in loop for every touchpoint of the process. Starting with the sales person, Keith Oliver, to the internal production team, Jennifer, to the site manager, Nick, and to the install crew. My roof was installed in one day, the dumpster removed and area cleaned. I would highly recommend Keith & the Lifetime team. Thank you crew!

I had my roof inspected by Lifetime Quality Roofing. Jamie Green was the associate who performed the inspection. Jamie was knowledgeable and informative. Recently had roof inspected. Was expecting the usual sales job, but the inspector, Jamie Green, didn’t try to strong arm a sale. He told us what we could expect, and gave in depth, detailed examples of what kind of services could be provided in our current situation. Jamie was professional, and very knowledgeable. If I have any roofing devices completed on my home I’ll be sure to contact Lifetime Quality Roofing.

A Westerville homeowner reached out after discovering a roof leak following a severe thunderstorm. Our team promptly scheduled a comprehensive storm damage inspection to assess the extent of the damage and identify the source of the leak. The inspection uncovered widespread damage consistent with other storms of this severity. High winds had loosened and blown off several shingles, allowing water to work its way into the home. Insurance claim consultants then documented the damage to help build a strong case, advocating directly with the homeowner’s insurance to secure a full replacement. With the claim successfully approved we removed the existing shingles and replaced them with beautiful IKO Cambridge Class 3 Shingles. Which combine form and function to create a unique blend of style and durability. This Westerville homeowner now has the peace of mind that their home doesn’t just look amazing, but will be protected for years to come. They were pleased with the expertise and communication we provided throughout the entire process. The team provided guidance through the insurance claim process, ensuring the carrier covered the roof replacement. The severe storms hitting Central Ohio means it's more important than ever your roof is able to withstand mother nature.
