  This company is a joke. Sure they bid the job for an insurance claim but we got it done cheaper with higher quality materials and the employee named Keith just came to my house and cussed me out. Do not recommend this company if you have thin skin. Bottom line is Keith dropped the ball on our job and then had a temper tantrum like a child when we went with another siding contractor. My advice to Keith, you are NOT hired to do any work until a contract is signed. An estimate is not a contract and anytime you feel froggy, step up coward, you will be schooled.

  Good price and responsive, but a total headache since their install in 2021. Continued repairs, patching, and rework due issues with their initial work. Pictured, existing roofing/shingles not removed per the signed contact. TDLR; Would not recommend them for historical homes.

  We have been in contact with the homeowner to attempt to resolve the issues as we would cover any workmanship issues for 10 years. The issues that have been brought to our attention were minor, and crews were there promptly to investigate and repair if needed. We have had numerous communications since the beginning of our relationship/project and we have not been contacted about this issue at all. The last minor issue was in May of 2022, was inspected, and both parties agreed it was a separate issue we were not contracted to fix. We have attempted to inspect the opinion of another contractor about the roof with the homeowner, but we are not given access to property to assess and remediate.

  I highly recommend 614 Exteriors. A family member referred 614 Exteriors after multiple roofers gave up dealing with State Farm. They succeeded where others failed and got the insurance on board. When it came time to replace my roof, they showed up and completed it in one day. Very professional and fast. Wish I had known to call them first. Thank you Keith, Tyler and the rest of 614 Exteriors. Very happy with the final result.

  I needed a full siding repair, including gutters and shutters due to a storm.Brandon did an exceptional job at keeping me up-to-date on my project and checking in with me on my satisfaction. The installers were courteous and efficient and did a terrific job. I would give six stars if I could.

  Todd and the team at 614 Exteriors did an outstanding job replacing the roofs on our house and detached garage after storm wind damage, and they also took care of the rotted fascia boards. Communication was excellent, Todd was professional and honest with the estimate, and they fairly adjusted the scope to what we actually needed while providing thorough insurance documentation. The crew was incredibly fast and clean. Both roofs finished in about 4 hours with zero mess left behind. The workmanship is top-notch. The new roofs look beautiful and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

  After having multiple companies look at the problem and suggest costly fixes, I called 614 Exteriors for another opinion. Tim came out suggested a fix and implemented the fix for FREE. Our problem seems to have been fixed. So far no more leaky roof. They definitely earned any future business.

  I'd give more than 5 stars if I had the opportunity. We had our entire house resided and worked with Sean Grossman. Sean was responsive, professional and worked with us through the claims process communicating the entire time. When we first got quotes for the job Sean was one of the only contractors that showed up when he said he'd be there, offered to put a temporary fix in place to avoid more damage to the house during his first visit. He was great in providing updates throughout the process, responsive to any questions and followed up post installation to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. 100% would recommend 614 Exteriors and Sean Grossman for anyone looking to have exterior work completed.
