  The roof itself was fine. The clean up was not. Our son ended up with a roofing nail embedded in his foot and had to go to the ED. We found a ton of others scattered around the house, covered in dirt. This lack of care is not okay.

  Very unprofessional . Was told they would come for free roof inspection . They cancelled due to weather . I was told he would reschedule die following day , I waited home all day no one showed up or called . It's been a week and I haven't heard back from them. Definitely not someone I would trust doing business with

  I will never use this company, they have called me non stop for days for a free quote. I do not need a new roof. I had asked every time for them to remove my phone number from their list and they continue to call. THEY NEVER STOP CALLING.

  We are sorry you had a bad experience. Mr. Roofs of Ohio never makes direct outbound calls. We do occasionally use outside lead generation companies and it is possible that the calls originated from them. I am contacting these companies today to make sure these calls are stopped immediately. We take pride in offering great service to all of our homeowners and will strive to continue to provide the best experience possible.

  I highly recommend this roofing company! We had some heavy leaking after a storm and needed help quickly, and they responded right away. The owner, Ramos, came out himself and assessed the situation. He was professional, honest, and got temporary repairs done to stop the leaking and prevent further damage. I really appreciated how quickly they responded and how much they cared about helping us when we needed it. Great customer service from start to finish. Thank you, Ramos, for coming out personally and taking care of us!

  We had evidence of a small roof leak and one roofer quoted an entire new roof. Shaun came to the house and said the roof had some years of life left. He found some small areas in need of caulking and fixed those during his inspection. How honest is that?! We will definitely be calling Ramous any and every time we have a roofing need!

  Quality work , if you need a roof done properly look no further. Great financing options for those like myself who paid not using an insurance claim. Estimate was accurate and no hidden charges. This is a company you can trust. Rob & Shaun made sure it was an easy process from start to finish.

  I was so impressed how Seth and Richie walked me through the process of working with insurance, selecting the scope of the repairs, and then scheduling the construction day. Even though we had to reschedule (can't work during a snowstorm, obviously), communication was excellent. The crew finished the project in a day, and it looks great! Thank you, Ramos Roofing!

  I've used Ramos twice, once for our home and once for a barn. They did great work both times, and were able to help me out with a very tight timeline for the barn. I worked with Richie Wilson- he and his crew were very easy to work with. I highly recommend them!

  Seth and ramos roofing helped me every step of the way. From initial inspection to dealing with the insurance company. Helped to understand what was needed and why for repairs. The actual roofers were awesome as well getting it done in a single day even when it started to lightly rain. Would definitely use them again!
