  Luca is extremely lnowledgeable and his crew was timely, considerate and professional. They were neat and efficient and saved me a lot of money by putting a silicone coating on my flat roof instead of a re-roof. Only time will tell how it holds up, but I have high expectations this system will last and definitely recommend this option. UPDATE: I do not recommend this company anymore. The Henry silicone coating is fabulous but Luca has disappointed me tremendously. Basically he ghosted me when my roof needed a touch up after he promised he would take care of it. I think he means well but does not follow through for some reason. I had to have it taken care of by someone else.

  Had Luca and his team repairing our roof, unfortunately the new coating lasted only 6 months and now he is not answering his phone and his mailbox is full, they are probably out of business and customers are left with no warranty and a bad roof.

  The roof looked amazing at the beginning, all white (see second picture). However, about a year later, the roof looked really different: definitely not white, stains everywhere and we have lots of white silicone pieces from the roof in the yard (see first and third picture). Hopefully, the roof is still impermeable. We do have air traffic above the house that is apparently causing this issue but Luca never informed us about that when he came to the house at the beginning of the project, and he saw the planes obviously and didn’t tell us how it could look because of this issue. He only gave me this explanation about a year later. Not sure I would have asked Luca to do the job if I knew the outcome as his final price was almost the same as a new roof. I think I would have just replaced my roof.

  If I knew that would happen, I would of informed you. It must be the toxins deposits from the airplanes as they fly d Directly over your house from landing and taking off. You did have multiple leaks that the Silicone Coating sealed. Thank you for letting us know for future Customers. Did you try to clean the surface? Or Pressure Wash?

  I had a full roof replacement done and I’m honestly happy with how it turned out. The crew worked long hours and stay consistent the entire time communication was pretty good and they answered my questions whenever I had them.
