  On 820am in DFW, you mentioned the Ontime Experts a couple of weeks ago. For 2 hours from 12pm to 20pm new costumers would get a clean up, on the furnace/coil and the compressor for $39….well for a clean up paying $300 for the clean up

  Do not do any business with these folks. They use high pressure door-to-door sales tactics to sell overpriced snake-oil "energy efficient" paint, which in reality will never be cost effective. Compare their reviews on Yelp to Google. They quoted $18,000 to paint the wood and garage doors on a mostly-brick house - insane.

  Felt like I was chasing a ghost load. Drove close to pickup, stayed in touch the whole time, then boom — canceled. TONU payment still missing after 4 weeks. Maybe it’s traveling by horse and carriage.

  Get every detail in writing. Semigloss instead of flat paint in the bathroom? Delta instead of Moen? Don't leave the burglar alarm wire taped 6" above the floor they just replaced? I did not get those details in writing, so the onsite supervisor ignored my requests and even argued with me. I never mentioned semigloss because it seemed common sense. He argued with me about the wire left taped on the wall above the new tile floor, then when they did put it back under the brown baseboard, they filled the nail holes with white grout instead of brown wood filler. They told me 3 times someone would bring samples, then told me to take pictures of what I wanted at Home Depot, then installed Moen instead of the Delta I requested. He was not going to paint the ceiling until I showed him where it was written in the contract. Why did the new ceiling paint flake off? Because "it's an old ceiling." Prep wasn't in the contract, he argued. I'm hoping the thinset and grout eventually wear off the tree and landscape stones in front of my house. They did a good job with the New Spray exterior a few years ago, but they refused to do any touch up or repair work on the exterior unless I got more work done, so I hired them to replace windows, tile in a hallway, and the shower. I will not hire them again. I never do google reviews, but the salesman said they would give me a discount if I posted a review. Here is my honest review.

  Terrible experience. Two salesman come out and try to build a personal relationship with me for an hour and a half. Then finally give me an estimate for a new roof for $30,000 on a 1,360 square foot house. I said no way and they lower the price to $15,000. This made me lose all trust in them.

  I'd rate you ZERO stars if possible. Your customer service is non-existent. You and professionalism don't belong in the same arena let alone the same zip code. You ignore correspondences. You do not follow up, and you do not finish services you were contracted to finish. The quality of work is shotty at best. And the worst part is, I've never been a customer but have been witness to how you treat your clients and I'm thankful I never contracted your services.

  Im doing something that I've never done before and that's write a review, especially about a contractor! Im a female with 25 years as a property Adjuster and have come across all different kinds of contractors. I used THI to have a pergola installed. Because of the professionalism, care of workmanship, clean up, kindness towards my elderly father, respect for our wants and needs, all with a watchful eye. We then hired them again for wood replacement, gutters, leaf guards and repaired squirrel damage which again went seamlessly. None of this would have happened without Thomas Walsh. He took care of us from beginning to completion. He set the expectations but went above and beyond. Thank you Tom for caring about our home like it was your own.

  We performed a modest outdoor patio remodel which required painting after construction. Gave THI a call and they were very responsive. The site visit and bid was quick and easy and the project manager, Ty provided great contract execution. The painter, Nick performed excellent service and did a great job. He was very attentive to keeping overspray and protection as a high priority - and performed like a champ during extreme hot weather. Finished product looks great while make the new patio extension blend seamlessly with the house. This is our second time in using THI and will do so again if necessary.

  Great experience! Communication was excellent! Everything was explained every step of the way. They were on time and completed all painting efficiently. The quality of the paint is amazing too! I will definitely consider them for future home projects!

  My wife and I had discussed early this year about having our 50 year old 3500 square foot home painted. In early May we made the decision to follow through with our plans to paint the trim on our home. We listened to their pitch and decided upon the "Cool Wall" paint product, even though I knew their quote was higher than most. A crew came out this past Monday morning. Jaime's crew of Raul, Branden, and Samuel first performed some repair work which was a far better fix than I expected. They pressure washed the surface. They took the time to caulk every joint. I found out later just how necessary it is to caulk every edge and joint. A lot of companies bypass this, but not Texas Home Improvement. They sprayed on the "cool wall" paint. They finished by late Monday afternoon... just before a storm hit. They cleaned up well. I highly recommend going with cool wall paint and this company. Our home looks great. The surface is cool to the touch even on the hottest days. It will not fade... ever. Yes, you will probably pay a bit more for this product, and for the professional work of their crews. But I believe it is worth using the best company to improve your most valuable investment... your home. They were friendly, professional, interactive, competent, and went above and beyond to give us the satisfaction we were looking for. We are glad we used Texas Home Improvement. They utilize a team approach to give you the best service possible. I suppose all of their crews are as good as the guys we had. Highly recommend.

  Had soffits replaced and trim painted with cool wall. Salesmen told my husband and I the paint job had lifetime warranty transferable one time in case we sold. Never got anything in writing regarding the warranty. Have left message with salesmen with no return call. I've tried calling the Grapevine office and it hangs up. They did a good job but I would not have spent this much money if the warranty was not included. Just want a straight answer. How do I get the warranty? Warranty was hand delivered as promised.

  Chris came by the house while they were working on a project for one of my neighbors. They showed me about their product cool wall and how they could repair our home. I took them up on the project and the crew did a great job. Gabriel came by and helped us with color samples and made sure the project went with ease. Very good people.
