  I was overcharged... They refused to give me an itemized statement.... charged for work discussed but not done... cut a hole in my roof to add a 3rd turbine without discussion, or logical explanation.... I feel like they took advantage of me because I am a senior citizen and a woman...

  We got a new roof on our house less than 2 months ago. The roofers left a mess to start with. To make it worse, after the last rain we got tons of nails on our driveway from nails they left in the gutters, see picture. Got a nail in my tire from a roofing nail. Ok, so they didn't clean up... It gets worse. Roof is still leaking and in fact, leaking more. Company was made aware after 1st rain and said leak was coming from elsewhere. Here we are, rain #2 and roof is leaking from same place we said it was leaking last time. I mean c'mon, BRAND NEW ROOF. This is utterly ridiculous. With all the fantastic reviews this company has I'm inclined to think that this is an isolated event but still this is ridiculous.

  I am so relieved to have the correct ventilation in my attic. Now hopefully my pilot light in my hot water heater won’t go out. For an added bonus my electric bill should go down. Everyone at IFC roofing were very kind and professional. Thank you!

  IFC did an excellent job replacing my roof and rebuilding my two chimneys after.the storm damage. Guy Nickels project manager showed great attention to detail. I have had 6 roofs replaced over the years and he surpassed them all. Clean up could not have been better.

  We had an incredible experience working with David Davis at IFC Roofing! We first met him at their booth during Southlake Oktoberfest in 2025, and right away he stood out as knowledgeable, approachable, and easy to talk to. David came out to inspect our roof and clearly walked us through everything, helping us understand why a full replacement was needed. As first-time homeowners, we were honestly pretty nervous about the whole proces, but David completely put us at ease. Once we signed the contract, he and his team took over communication with our insurance company and handled everything seamlessly. David truly went to bat for us multiple times, making sure we got what was fair and necessary, not just the basics, but everything we were entitled to. That level of advocacy meant a lot to us. Throughout the entire process, David kept us informed, responded quickly to any questions, and explained things in a way that made sense. He did right by us every step of the way. We can’t recommend David and IFC Roofing enough, if you want someone who is honest, responsive, and genuinely has your back, he’s your guy! We loved working with David and the IFC Roofing team—and while we sincerely hope we don’t find ourselves needing another new roof anytime soon, if we do (fingers crossed we don’t!), he’ll absolutely be our first call!

  I had my roof replaced by IFC in early September 2025. My IFC Sr Project Manager was Mark Farrar. This project could not have been more smooth. Mark handled ALL the insurance meetings and inspections prior to and after the installation. The actual installation only took 2 days for my 3200 sq ft house. The team did an excellent job of clean up afterwards and even covered the entire pool to prevent debris from falling in. I know if I had to do it over again, I would RUN, not walk to IFC and Mark to get the job done.

  Once, roof replacement started workers were professional, knowledgeable, and fast. Behind the scene, IFC negotiated with insurance company to a fair settlement. Very happy with all this. Gutter replacement went w/o a hitch. Only reason for 4 star is lack of communication with IFC. I had to call a number of times to get status. Took several months between taking on IFC to actual start of work on roof.

  I had my roof replaced last fall. Many of my neighbors had used IFC and were very satisfied. Upon their recommendation I had IFC inspect my roof. State Farm denied replacement twice, but John my rep from IFC continued to pursue the approval. After the third adjuster form State Farm my roof was approved. I liked that their office was in Colleyville Texas and they had been in business over 20 years. They replaced my roof in one day and my house is 3700 sq feet. Everything from initial inspection through cleanup was done in a professional manner and I was 100 % satisfied.
