  There is a reason the reviews only date back 2 years and the have been in business wayyy longer. My neighbor used this company and it was a nightmare dealing with the debris of roofing stuff flying around, roofers laying and smoking in the neighbors lawn. I had to delay my roofing crew because they took their time on my neighbor. I was undecided with who to choose from because salesmen will say anything to sell a job but I’m sleeping good now that I know I didn’t go with them. Lord only knows how good my neighbor roof was put on.

  To Whom It May Concern, I am pleased to recommend NWC General Construction and Todd Elwood. Charter School Property Solutions has worked with NWC on seven major new construction and restoration projects involving charter schools in four different states, from consulting and project review through full project completion since 2016. Todd’s oversight, insurance knowledge, and project management have been extremely valuable. He understands how to connect documented damage with the proper repair scope, and he is able to clearly explain repair methods that meet or exceed local and national codes. His communication and documentation helped ensure damages were properly presented, reviewed, and approved by the insurance company. Most importantly, Todd helped us obtain an award over $2 million on a claim the insurance company had originally settled for under $80,000.   Brandon from NWC General Construction was excellent partner in dealing with an insurance company who multiple times denied my roof, gutters, garage door and chimney cap hail damage claim. Brandon (not my insurance company) shared the insurance company’s 2 step escalation process which was ultimately ruled by the final umpire in my complete favor. To accomplish this, Brandon obtained an independent appraiser to represent us who was excellent and confirmed the accuracy of Brandon’s initial damage assessment. Though the insurance company denied again, through Brandon’s guidance and his independent appraiser’s confirmation of the damage, we ultimately went to a final umpire who ruled completely in our favor requiring the insurance company to pay. I couldn’t be more pleased with this ruling since future claims will be under a 2% deductible instead of this claim’s 1% deductible. Brandon was extremely professional and kept me updated at every turn in the lengthy escalation process. Once the claim was successful, NWC did an excellent job in reroofing my class 4 shingles. They also pointed out venting issues with my last roofer’s work and corrected it. Brandon was involved during all aspects of the work. The replaced gutters and large custom chimney cap were quality improvements upon the existing items. I chose to upgrade my garage door to an insulated door and was extremely pleased with the product and workmanship. As a do-it-yourselfer, I appreciated Brandon working with me so that I could review all of the products we used. I found NWC services and partner services to be top notch. I will look for Brandon and NWC at our next Texas hailstorm.

  These guys were truly fantastic. They were timely and did an outstanding job on our roof and painting the outside of our house. They paid so much attention to detail and were very meticulous about the job they did. Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!

  I want to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for Brandon Fowler, who truly embodies professionalism, kindness, and care. After the storms in March caused significant damage to our property, we were contacted by several roofing contractors. From the beginning, Brandon stood out and represented NWC with integrity and excellence. We faced several challenges early on, including an incomplete insurance adjuster inspection that led to a denial of our roof replacement. Brandon took the time to clearly explain the appeals process and guided us each step of the way. Thanks to his expertise and persistence, the roof replacement was ultimately approved—just as he had assured us it would be. The fence, roof, and gutter installations were completed on time, with outstanding quality and professionalism. Brandon personally oversaw the roof repairs and made sure our property was left spotless afterward. NWC is fortunate to have such a dedicated professional on its team.   Brandon did an excellent job coordinating all our repairs such as roof, gutters and window replacement, re-staining fences and other wood. We didn't have to do anything. He worked directly with our insurance company. Everything was done as projected with high quality workmanship. As I've watched other roofing companies struggling to complete the work on many other houses, NWC did the work with ease and far more professionalism. I am so pleased we chose NWC. Brandon was very good at keeping things going to completion and keeping us informed.
