  I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Apex Premier Roofing. Their project manager, Charles "CJ" Roberson, came to my home and left marketing materials even though I have two clear “No Soliciting” signs—one on the walkway and one on the front door. He didn’t knock or ring, but my motion camera recorded him walking past both signs and hanging the ad. Knocking is not the issue. Leaving ads after passing two “No Soliciting” signs is still soliciting. It shows a blatant disregard for a homeowner’s posted wishes. This is unacceptable. If a company can’t respect a simple “No Soliciting” sign, why would you trust them to act ethically while working on your home? In my opinion, stay away from Apex Premier Roofing. I will not do business with them, and I’ve asked to be removed from their contact list. Companies should train their staff to read and follow signs. This experience tells me Apex Premier Roofing did not.

  We had a challenging roof repair / insurance claim this year. CJ & Cody were both instrumental in dealing with the onsite claim inspectors, documenting all damages, and coordinating with their internal team. Maddie was key in working directly with our insurance and assisting with the overall claims process. CJ and his crew have done fantastic work on all the repairs to make things better than new.

  I can’t recommend APEX Roofing and Marcus Ybanez highly enough. Marcus made what could have been a stressful roofing and insurance process incredibly easy. He assessed the situation, brought in the right resources, and handled the details from start to finish without requiring me to do anything beyond what was necessary. Most importantly, APEX delivered on everything they said they would. My insurance covered the entire claim, my house was fully repaired, and the process was seamless. Marcus was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely focused on getting the right outcome. If you need a roofer in the Austin/Central Texas area—especially if you’re dealing with storm damage or an insurance claim—ask for Marcus Ybanez at APEX Roofing. Five stars all the way around.
