Guy was rude and hung up on me instantly, not a good way to treat veterans/service members. Do better

Hi Kerry, Thank you for your feedback — we take situations like this very seriously. I personally reviewed the call recording to understand exactly what happened. During the conversation, our team member politely explained that this line is dedicated to assisting customers with scheduling appointments. Unfortunately, the call quickly escalated with the use of profanity toward our staff. As part of our company policy, we do not allow our team to remain on calls where they are being spoken to in a disrespectful or aggressive manner, and they are instructed to end the call professionally in those situations. We have a great deal of respect for all individuals, including veterans and service members, and that respect extends to our team as well. We’re always happy to help when communication remains respectful on both sides. If you’d still like assistance, we’re more than willing to help — just ask that the conversation remains professional so we can serve you properly. — Texas Family Roofing

From start to finish, Texas Family Roofing was stellar. You can tell by the level of detail that TFR truly cares about what they do. Shout out to Paul and Eddie for their level of service with our roof. It looks incredible and we’ve received multiple compliments on it.

TFR, arrived on time. They inspected our entire roof and made the recommended repairs. The site managers were polite and answered our questions. We felt completely comfortable with TFR and do recommend them as the choice for roof replacement or repairs.

Needed a leak repaired due to a solar installation. From the initial inspection to scheduling to the actual service everything was very professional. They are very honest on what actual needs to be repaired and the work was done quickly with plenty of pictures of what was actual performed. Will definitely be using for any future roofing work

Mr. Travis came to my house to inspect a stain on my garage ceiling. He found that it was an old stain and confirmed there were no signs of a roof leak. He did not charge me for the inspection or report. I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and respect. I highly recommend this company.
