  I really like the product and the installer was great. What I don't like is an upcharge of $75 for a steep roof when where the installer got on my roof was flat and then he had to step on part of the the roof that is at at 20 degree pitch. Not what I would call steep by any means. I called and talked with them and they said they would not remove the charge, wouldn't even consider it or talk to the installer to get their thoughts. Felt very much like I got gouged.

  Sola-Lite continued to send me invoices for a job that was never complete. Each time they called to remind me of an "unpaid balance," I reminded them of the "unfinished job." I asked to have the owner (or equivalent) contact me regarding the failure to complete the job....it never happened. Finally, approximately one year later, I receive another invoice for an unpaid balance. I agreed to pay the balance if the unfinished portion of the job was removed.....they agreed. I would not recommend this company to future clients and for personal renovations in the future.

  I met these guys at the Home & Garden show and they took the time to explain all the great benefits of a solar attic fan in my garage to keep the temperature down. I was very impressed with their product and it sounded like the perfect solution. He also mentioned a 30% federal tax rebate - score! Good first impression. So I made an appointment for October 19, scheduled PTO and took the day off from work to give them my full attention in case they were able to do the install that day, and 20 minutes prior to my appointment I got a call saying that they were canceling. The person on the other end of the phone didn't say anything else, except that someone would be calling me to reschedule my appointment...that was over two months ago. So much for first impressions. In the meantime I've called and left messages (no one ever answers the phone). I still get promotional emails from them though, that's how I learned that the 30% tax rebate expires at the end of the year. "Call now" it says so your project can be completed before the end of the year. So with 4 days left in 2019, I guess I can say farewell to the tax credit, and just live with a hot, humid garage. Maybe if I had a huge project like whole-home solar panels that would've made them a lot of money, I probably would've gotten a call back. A simple garage fan just isn't worth their time and effort.

  I give it 4 stars for the product and the installation team and minus 3 stars for the terrible service from the front office. Working with Zue was a terrible experience. No quote still for the work I asked over 5 times for then I was overcharged well over $500.00 and not one follow up with as to why it hasn't been refunded still. It's been weeks and I still don't have a refund. I am filing a better business complaint to get resolution. I will be letting every person I know on every social media platform there is...

  Pedro was very professional and knowledgeable. And very friendly and answered every concern and question. The only concern I had was a lady from marketing came as well to take pictures. She was distracting Pedro and in my opinion, flirting with him. I would definitely recommend Pedro, he is very skilled!!!

  The Guild put up gutters on the front and back of our house in 2019. In July 2026 we had them put up gutters on our breezeway. They do good work and arrive on time.

  I recently had two Solatubes installed by The Guild Collective, and the installation appears to be very well done. We can already see how beneficial the natural light is in areas of our home that previously had little to no daylight. The difference is amazing, and our living room feels much brighter and more inviting. Pedro Villa, who handled the installation, was very professional, courteous, and took the time to answer all of my questions throughout the process. His attention to detail and workmanship gave us confidence that the job was done right. Excellent job by The Guild Collective! My wife and I are really enjoying the natural light in our living room, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a Solatube installation.

  The Guild Collective was recommended to me by another professional familiar with the work needed. Every phone conversation with the Guild office (Haylee & Rayn) was friendly, and inspired confidence in this group. Jeremy met with me at my home and explained with photographs and additional visual information exactly what would be installed. We communicated by text to confirm the appointment. On appointment day, Pedro arrived punctually and introduced himself. The work was completed in good time. I now have much improved ventilation in the attic. I recommend The Guild Collective for attic vent installation. I will definitely ask them about any future work needs related to our house from the roofline up. They are tops.

  Update 3 years later! They still rock!!!! I was concerned that some electrical work I had done had caused a leak in the roof especially after the heavy rain. Sean responded to me same day, Kelsey called the next day and Jeremy came out and checked everything out quickly and no issues. Whew! Jeremy was so friendly, very professional. This company is really doing all the right things. Best customer service I’ve ever had in my life. Ever. Today they earned a customer for life. Chase and Sean were responsive, transparent and went above and beyond throughout the entire roof replacement process but let me tell y’all what, on the day of installation, Chase knocked it out of the park. Without me on site, he successfully defused a tense situation with a tenant that was moving out and not agreeing to share part of the driveway with the roofing team. Chase was cool, collected and so courteous, he even got an apology from said tenant. And let’s not forget, the roof looks incredible and was expertly done. 10/10 recommend for any service they offer based solely on the rockstar customer service. Thank you Chase and Sean and the whole team!
