  Kind of disrespectful to place a sign in somebody’s front yard and not even knock on the door and ask them.

  Pros- Answered the phone on first try. Cons- People on the phone seem confused and its clearly a small business. Asked for someone to come fix my roof on Tuesday, said they could come by on Friday so I arranged my life for this. Friday they were late to the appointment, no phone calls or any notice after planning my day around this appointment. When I called, more confusion, and then say "sometime later today" which isn't the point of an appointment. Anyway, I cancelled the appointment because I need the roof repaired now. I can't take the risk that they won't repair my roof without a bunch of run around lateness and unprofessionalism.

  Was told I would receive a quote next day. One week later, I checked back in regarding the status of my quote and was asked for clarifying questions to get started on writing out the quote. Still have not heard back after asking for more transparency and communication.

  Employees of the company do not do what they say they will do. The company does not follow up on information requests. If a company can not be trusted to follow up on work quotes, why would you trust them to fix your roof?

  They were super fast in beginning the cleanup process. Also they were very helpful when it came to any concerns. I had with my insurance company. Once I received the funds from my insurance company, my floors (my entire house) were done within a day. I highly recommend!

  This is the second posting. The first posting is below. Every part of the roof replacement was seamless. The process was totally handled by Hailee Williams. She dealt with the insurance company and worked extensively to get all of the process approved and funded. She kept me informed and involved but never stressed. The roof was replaced and the roofers did such a great job. They made sure to walk both yards (even used a magnet to pick up all the nails), and clean up all the materials. Left the yards totally clean. I was so impressed with their professionalism and I love my roof now. I would definitely recommend this company's to family and friends. Roof replacement negotiations are still on going but I had to leave a 10++ review for Hailee Williams. I’m so impressed with her integrity and willingness to make sure every little detail is worked out to the client’s benefit. She has gone above and beyond trying to be the go between us and the insurance company. It’s been seamless. You have a top notch employee.

  David and Don with Roof Rescue have been great a roofing partner across multiple portfolios and have always delivered. As a construction advisor managing multiple million-dollar assets, I really appreciate vendors who know the technical side of roofing but also understand budgets, insurance, and the bigger picture.   Hailey Williams came to our front door after the last wind storm. She had noticed missing shingles while driving through our neighborhood. From there she inspected our roof, showed photos of the damage, gave us optional bids, worked with our insurance company and walked us through every step of a new roof. She made herself available to meet with the insurance agent during his inspection to make sure he didn't miss anything. She was on site for the entirety of the roof installation. She answered every text and every question we had in an extremely timely manner. I couldn't be more pleased with the work that was done and even more so with Hailey's level of care and concern. I highly recommend Roof Rescue and Hailey is just phenomenal! Thank you!!!

  We were ready to replace our old turbine attic vents and also needed several boot replacements due to squirrel damage and general wear. I reached out to three local companies and Roof Rescue responded quickly and informatively. Hailee met with us the next day and did a thorough inspection of our roof with video and photos to explain what she saw. She was kind, knowledgeable, professional, and did not try to convince us to replace the entire roof or do more than what we needed. With heavy rain in the forecast, she got our repairs on the schedule quickly. Diego completed the repairs in a timely and skillful manner. He was kind, professional, and respectful of our home. The noise level was minimal while work was being completed. Hailee was also present to take photographs of the repair process and the finished result. They both went out of their way to make sure things looked the way they should, cleaned and removed all debris and materials, and even pulled our trash can back up on the driveway for us in the rain. This is truly the type of customer service that builds relationships and makes people want to seek out a company again for future repair needs.
