  Poor Communication, Unprofessional Service, and Dismissive Warranties I am posting this review to share my experience with Klein Roofing regarding a warranty repair on a rental property I owner-manage. As an off-site landlord, clear communication and formal documentation are essential, but Klein Roofing severely fell short on both fronts, leaving me with a deeply frustrating customer service experience. A leak occurred from failed nails in a valley on the roof during the active period of our 10-year workmanship warranty. Getting information or a clear schedule for the repair was an uphill battle from the start. Appointments were repeatedly rescheduled with minimal clarity. When the repair was finally performed, I was given only a 30-minute advance notice. A 30-minute notice is completely inadequate for any one to drop what they are doing and travel on-site to confirm repairs. Furthermore, a customer should not have to physically stand on a roof to receive a basic explanation of what work is being performed on their property. When I followed up to understand what specific repairs were executed, I was repeatedly met with brush-offs and "let me check" assurances without actual answers. When I called on August 10th seeking a standard statement of work, the representative on the phone was extremely curt, dismissive, and ultimately hung up on me—despite the fact that I remained completely calm, never raised my voice, and was just seeking basic clarity on the repairs performed. Following that phone call, representative Cheri Smith sent an email attached with photos, but no formal statement of work detailing the actual repairs made. The repairs were just in the email details written by Cheri, not the person that performed the repairs. In her email, she heavily implied that asking for advance notice or details about a warranty repair was "uncalled for," treating an active 10-year workmanship warranty like a nuisance or a favor rather than a contractual commitment.   Spamming my personal cell phone with calls and voicemail after a hail storm. I've never dealt with this company, and I never signed up for calls.

  Driver of car CC1331895 cut off two cars in traffic in a merge lane almost hitting one and then immediately changed lanes. Highly erratic driving isn't a good look in a company car with your logo all over it.

  Amazing communication with Jeff and his team. Work was amazing and quick. Worked with our HOA and insurance and made the whole process easy and seamless. Would recommend.

  Outstanding work by Anthony Jalowiec and the crew of six excellent roofers that were detailed to do this complex job replacing a 44 year old roof composed of asphalt shingles over cedar shake shingles laid on top of rafters, no barrier decking existed on the old roof. The work was extensive but done in a professional manner with detailed decking, framing, flashing and other items that provided the protection and appearance required for a complete project of this type. As the owner, I am totally satisfied with the performance of the entire crew, their attention to detail, their attention to protecting the grounds and surrounding area, the neighbors grounds, and total cleanup during and after the job. It was a job that they completed in 1-1/2 days, approximately, and the jobsite upon completion looked as though no one was ever there.

  These guys do a fantastic job, highly recommended, prices were amazing for the quality of work and the materials they use. I did a cash deal, but they are very professional and work with insurance, thanks to my project manager, Diego, for making an exception and helping me with my cash deal. We made the dream come true!
