Highly recommend Chad — truly exceptional experience. Chad worked with me on my roof project starting in October 2024, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the experience. He stayed with the project for nearly a year and was incredibly patient and consistent throughout — never pushy, never upselling, just steady, thoughtful guidance every step of the way. What really set Chad apart was how much he advocated for me. He worked closely with the insurance company, helped negotiate and appraise the claim, and ultimately got them to cover the entire roof rather than their initial limited assessment. That alone made a huge difference. Beyond that, Chad genuinely cared about the aesthetics and long-term quality of the house. He spent time educating me on different roof types, made multiple house visits to give feedback, and helped me choose the best option rather than the most expensive one. He was always responsive, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. Even the gutter work exceeded expectations — the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and looked great. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, honest, patient, and truly on your side, Chad is it. I would absolutely work with him again and highly recommend him without hesitation.

I needed my chimney repaired. It had a lot of wood rot and squirrels had chewed a hole in the siding. I contacted a number of companies and got quite a few quotes. I had contacted Chad who said this wasn’t a job that his company could help me with but he recommended someone to me who did a fantastic job. I appreciate Chads honesty and his recommendation. Chad even followed up with me after the work was done to make sure it went well and that I was satisfied.
