  After calling in, the call center will just forward your call to a real roofing company. That roofing company will not have the same rating as Texas Best Roof Repair. Be sure to get the name of the real roofing company and look them up. Texas Best isn't necessarily a scam, but they are just a lead generation company that has probably manufactured their 4.9 star rating.

  I highly recommend this roofing company. Diego and his crew were top notch from start to finish. Diego helped me plan a great roofing and patio cover design that fit my budget with no pressure and clear communication the whole way. They extended the covered outdoor area and tied the new roof line in with the existing structure so it looks seamless. The workmanship looks amazing, and the whole space turned out exactly how I wanted. Everyone on the job was polite, professional, and easy to work with. They kept the work area neat, explained each step, and made sure the materials and finish matched the home well. In the Fort Worth heat, having this upgraded covered space and solid roofing work makes a big difference in comfort and shade. I am very happy with the results, and this is definitely my go-to team for future roofing projects. I cannot recommend them enough.

Diego, the sales rep, earned the job by carefully inspecting the existing roof system, listening to what we needed, and putting together a solid and cost-effective roofing plan with accurate pricing. Norman, the supervisor, kept the project organized from start to finish and handled every issue quickly during the week-long job, making sure the work stayed on schedule and within budget. Malik, the foreman, led a hardworking crew that stayed focused through intense Texas heat and still took the time to do a thorough cleanup at the end of each day. They made sure the parking area was safe for residents and nearby neighbors by removing nails, old roofing material, and other debris. The dumpster delivery and pickup were also timed well, which helped reduce disruption for everyone at the property. Overall, the whole roofing process was smooth, professional, and well managed. The crew showed real skill with both shingle roofing and flat roof systems, and the finished work gave us confidence that the building is now better protected from rain, sun, and everyday wear.

  Malik and Norman were an awesome roofing team. I worked mostly with Malik. He got up on our roof himself, checked everything carefully, and took measurements for the main roof, sunroom, and shed. He sent the roofing proposal the same day, and the price was very affordable. It came in much lower than our other estimates for the same shingle product we wanted, including Timberline HD shingles. Because storms were in the Fort Worth forecast, Malik even came out before the scheduled install day and patched a couple of problem spots at no extra cost to help protect the roof. That extra care meant a lot. The roofing crew was friendly, professional, and very thorough from start to finish. They used tarps to protect the grass, shrubs, and other outdoor areas, moved the patio furniture carefully, and placed a trailer in the driveway to keep debris contained during the tear-off and installation. The cleanup was excellent, and the whole property looked great when the job was done. Malik was also on site throughout the project, checking in and making sure the roof work was done the right way. The new roof looks beautiful, and the workmanship really stands out. We were also happy that he helped remove and reinstall our window shutters for a very fair added price after they were painted. Easy to reach, honest, skilled, and professional. We are extremely pleased with the whole roofing experience and would highly recommend them.

  This is a roofing company I did not know I would need until a roof leak showed up. Jeff and Diego came out fast and spent a lot of time carefully finding the source of the leak, checking the roof system, documenting the damage, and helping us work through the insurance claim. I assumed filing a claim would be simple, but the process was much more involved than expected. They guided us through every step, stayed in touch, and were always responsive whenever an adjuster needed to inspect the roof. I really appreciate their strong knowledge of roofing, exterior repairs, and storm-related damage, along with their experience dealing with insurance questions and claim details. They explained everything in clear, simple terms and made a stressful situation feel much easier to manage. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and customer care gave us a lot of confidence from start to finish. We are very thankful for their help and will definitely keep them in mind for any future roofing repairs or replacement needs.

  We had a great experience with our roof replacement and new gutter installation. Jeff was still available when I reached out and calmly explained the safest temporary way to secure it for the night until a roofer could get there. The next morning, Gerald arrived on time, looked over the damaged flashing and trim, and walked me through the repair plan in simple terms. He replaced the loose metal trim, secured everything properly, and made sure the roofline and exterior looked normal again. The work was done quickly, and the repair area was left clean and neat. I really appreciated how friendly, helpful, and professional the whole crew was. It was a relief to have an experienced roofer handle the issue safely and efficiently, especially with the windy weather we get in Fort Worth.
