  Guys going door to door trying to inspect our roof from a storm that happened in April. I explained our roof was replaced recently and we did not need it inspected. Sales guy refused to take no for an answer. Told him no 4 times and he still would not leave my front yard. Sales is sales but no also means no! I would never consider this company in the future.

  Stay away from this company at all costs. The roof was botched and put the wrong color. Thay had to tear off a new roof. The sheathing was horribly replaced, i still have holes in the roof. The heater vent stack came off dumping carbon monoxide indoors. We received a invoice 6 months later for work that was never done. So i had to threaten a cease and desist. Tarping they didnt do. Fascias, nope. Billed. We have to hire a lawyer to deal with the sales rep. Simply because of the botched roof and the fraud i have to say never do business with this company.

  Repairs are not finished since May 22, 2026. Water leaked into our bedroom the next day due to the skylight not sealed. By the time Jeff the so called Project Manager got here we had mold build up. Gutters have never been replaced, roof has faults and we have being dealing with this for days. Coughing every day due the dust. We need a Lawyer to help get this done!

  Unreliable company. On 05/05/2026 Martin Ramirez came by out house and offered their services. We agreed to do an inspection, which was done by Cooper on 05/07/2026. I was told they will send me an estimate in the evening. That was a week ago. I already found another company to do the repairs during that time.

  This company thinks it is ok to start going door to door at 7am ringing door bells. I very clearly have a new roof done less than 4 months ago and a very obvious no soliciting sign ON THE DOOR BELL THEY RANG. Take your business to a better company these guys clearly are desperate to scam you.

  Never used this company and I’m sure they do great work. However, after a major hailstorm hit our area, it seems like every roofing company in Texas sent salespeople door-to-door. We’ve had no less than 10 companies a day come by, and as you can imagine, that gets old fast. To politely put an end to it, we put up three “No Soliciting” signs on our property. Despite that, a salesman from Miller Roofing clearly saw the signs and still rang our doorbell to pitch his services. At this point, it’s not about the quality of their work—it’s about respecting homeowners’ boundaries. Clearly ignoring “No Soliciting” signs feels unprofessional, and if that’s how a company operates, it’s not one I’d want to do business with!

  We had a hail storm hit our neighborhood in April and of course every roofing contractor hit our area like a pack of wild dogs. Promises and campaigns were flying around all over our neighborhood. I listened and I learned but one person caught my attention. Kelvin Burdiez with Miller Storm came by. He was kind, courteous, and did not pressure me to sign up now. He valued my time and was not pushy. Because of that attitude, we did allow Miller Storm to repair our roof. We were informed as to the process, time lines, cost and nothing was left for me wondering or speculate. I am pleased with this company and would recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks Kelvin and Miller Storm.

  I don’t usually have a lot of trust when someone approaches me trying to sell me something, especially when it comes to a major home project. But for whatever reason, Kelvin left me with a really good feeling from the beginning. There was just something genuine about the way he interacted with me. I had a lot of questions throughout the process — probably more than most people — and he was always patient and willing to listen and explain things to me. Even when I was concerned or needed clarification, he never made me feel like I was being difficult. That made a big difference for me, and ultimately, Kelvin was the reason I felt comfortable moving forward with the company. I actually only found out yesterday that Kelvin is relatively new to the company. Looking back, I can see that some of his answers and reactions probably reflected someone who is still gaining experience. But honestly, knowing that now makes me appreciate his effort even more. He may not have all the experience of someone who has been doing this for years, but I could tell that he takes his job seriously, cares about doing things right, and genuinely wants to do a good job for his customers. He has a lot of enthusiasm for what he does, and that really stood out to me. Daniel was also very kind and helpful whenever he was involved, and I appreciated his willingness to answer my questions and help throughout the process. As for the roof itself, everything went smoothly and I’m very happy with how the work turned out. The crew did a good job, the process was well organized, and the finished roof looks great. Overall, I’m glad I went with them and would be happy to recommend the company

  I'm very happy with the roof work miller construction did for me. I worked with Nate and the communication was great. He answered all my questions, multiple times if I didn't understand something. He suggested gutter coloring I would have never chosen and it looks wonderful.

  I had a wonderful experience with Miller Storm Roofing. From the pre-beginning until the install date and beyond, this company has done a wonderful job. I say pre-beginning, because one day Jonathon and Gunner were inspecting a neighbor's roof when a hole was noticed in mine, which Jonathon showed me from a photo he had taken. Had it not been for these guys, I would have assumed my roof was in great condition, and would have been faced with even more damage in the future! As for the beginning, from the time Jonathon, Gunner, and I sat down to discuss the plan, these guys were knowledgeable, professional, humble, and very personable! We were able to set a plan, they then worked with me to get my insurance company on board, and later get the roof installed. Along with Jonathon and Gunner was the great correspondence with the Miller Storm office team, the roofing photos from Phil the project manager, Jesus and his wonderful roofing crew tear off and install), and Kyle and Val who returned the day after install to check for missed nails and other debris! My overall experience was top notch, but the most important part for me was how I was approached by Gunner and Jonathon. Because of their ability to meet me on a personable level with great respect for my time and concerns, I introduced them to another friend who got a new roof installed as well. In closing, I want to send a huge shout out to Jonathon for coming to my home and using his shop Vac to thoroughly clean off my screened in patio where a lot of debris had fallen from the roof tear off and install! Thank you to the entire Miller Storm team. You guys put the "t" in teamwork!

  We are beyond grateful for Kelvin and Daniel at Miller Storm! From the very first time we met them, we felt an instant sense of trust. They are genuine, honest, and truly care about the people they help. We could tell right away they were men of God, and that gave us so much peace throughout the entire process.
