  I gave your company a 1 star because I never received a response to a phone call I made to your office regarding a person in a wrapped truck who was cutting people off and tailgating on Azle Blvd then the frontage road and on 820 east. I called the phone number listed on the truck, not realizing it was his personal cell phone. When I asked if he was the one driving he responded, "Yeah, are you the F***ing b**** that's following me? After that you worked on a neighbors house. And you guys kept cutting across my lawn setting off my cameras. I asked some guy sitting in a truck to tell his guys to please stop. Instead they decided to drive on my lawn leaving a rut. Then several months ago a day after tornados hit the area a couple of guys in truck drove by at 6:40 am yelling at me about a free estimate like scrubs. Maybe explain to your guys the trucks are rolling billboards. There is no way in hell I would ever do business with your company.

  Terrible experience all around. Would not use them again. The communication has been a struggle from the beginning. I called for an inspection, but was not able to schedule the inspection over the phone. Then received a follow up call/text from a sales person saying they were pretty much at my house ready to do the inspection (I was not home). They then did an inspection of the wrong house upsetting my neighbor. The initial person got the address wrong. Once this was sorted out and I apologized to my neighbor and confirmed her request to delete and photos of her home had been followed I received a very reasonable quote for the work and an inspection report complete with pictures of my home and address on them. They wanted me to pay half upfront. I made the deposit and then did not hear anything back for a week so I reach out to the sales person. He is the only person who is easy to get a hold of or responsive. Another week goes by and I call him and he finds out I am scheduled for Saturday but no one told me or confirmed with me. The office starts to try to call me after that, but their phone number is on the Spam list with ATT so my phone never rings and unless they leave a message I never know they call. They leave a message. I call them back, give them my name and address and am put on hold for 5 minutes with no explanation. I hang up. I am OK with Saturday. No one shows up on Saturday. I reach out to the only person who seems to respond to me, the sales person and this instantly results in a new contact...the workman. The workman says he can come Tuesday. I ask what happened to Saturday? He says there was an emergency on a other job. I reschedule for the following Saturday with clear instructions to ring the doorbell at 6:30 am. Saturday morning and no one is here again. My husband comes home from work at 7:15am and notices that there are roofers on the neighbors house. Several communication errors that have made this harder than it needed to be. Greatful to Nic

  Hey How about coming to fix my roof leak? You replaced the roof and its been leaking and I been calling and texting... getting the absolute run around. this is the second time its leaking in the exact same place!

  They blindly knock on people's door in gated community. A team of them came in uninvited, bypassing gates and ignoring requests to leave.

  Tarrant Roofing installed a roof and gutters on our property in November. The initial consultation was unobjectionable. The execution was not. The crew worked with a breathtaking disregard for their surroundings,  hurling debris with reckless abandon, treating our yard and our neighbors' proximity as beneath consideration. Other companies on our very same street managed to perform identical work without turning it into a spectacle. The contrast was humiliating , so much our neighbor texted me over the mess. Then there are the nails. I have now removed roofing hardware from my shoes on multiple occasions. One expects nails on a roof, not in one's shoes. To be fair, the roofing lead was professional and made genuine efforts to address the situation. His crew, regrettably, did not share his standards. A competent leader saddled with an undisciplined crew is not craftsmanship,  it's a liability in work boots.

  We called more than two weeks ago about a leak and they told us the roof was still under warranty but no one ever came out to even look at it. Now it is storming again and water is pouring in to the house

  These guys are the most honest roofers you can find around, and I am not exaggerating. Their work ethics are beyond any other company. They did my initial roof inspection while buying and did again after a hail. Fantastic job

  Cole Johnson with Tarrant Roofing went above and beyond for me and my clients that are selling their house. He came out within a few hours of calling for a roof inspection. Cole was very helpful and knowledgable! I will be using him again! Thanks Cole!

  Can not say enough good things about our recent experience with James S and Tarrant Roofing. With the storms this spring, we definitely knew it was time to look at replacing our roof. Tarrant stopped by and left a card and had zero harassment through the sales process. Shortly after, James stopped by to do the inspection and caught us at a great time. From start to finish, James was helpful, answered questions, and had tons of patience as we were busy with summer plans and getting insurance to cooperate. James would check in along the way to see if there was anything he could assist with and always answered our questions. Once we moved forward, the process was quick. James got us scheduled for install about a week after the estimate and the high quality work was completed quickly and competently. The new roof and gutters look great and James' attention to customer service was unmatched as he was there before, during, and after install of the roof and gutters ensuring completed work and proper clean up. Will always recommend Tarrant Roofing. They did a wonderful job!

  Tarrant Roofing was amazing. We were apprehensive at first because of all of the roofing companies hounding our neighborhood after a recent hail storm, but Randy Allison was very friendly and informative and explained everything in detail. He was with us through every step of the process including the day of the roof install. He even coordinated some minor drip edge adjustments after the install that we requested. We’re very thankful and happy with our new roof, and we highly recommend their service.

  We are very grateful for the service provided by Michael Sargent, Leslie Sargent and Anthony Orellana and their team at Tarrant Roofing. We had a different roofing company tell us we did not have an insurance claim, but Leslie, Michael and Anthony were persistent in helping us through this process to get our insurance claim approved and now we have a new roof, new gutters and a new chimney cover that all look great. The process moved along efficiently and professionally. Having not gone through this process before, we were a little nervous about the appraisal process. I appreciate in particular that Leslie and Michael were up front and honest with us about the steps that needed to be taken and we are very happy with the final result.

  I cannot give enough accolades to Mr Michael Kincaid. He is an awesome representative for Tarrant Roofing.   No fuss, everything went smoothly. Timeline was good. No pressure was applied when it came to choosing not to use their recommended people for sheet rock work. All around good experience. The person I worked with was Jorge Alvarado. He was nice, kept me up to date and super responsive even after hours and on weekends.

  I had a wonderful experience with Tarrant Roofing. The professionalism of my rep, James Sudbury was unparalleled. The quality of workmanship and materials used give me peace of mind. The cleanup after my roof and gutter replacement was immaculate. James kept his promises, kept me updated, and assisted with my insurance claim. I'm proud to have a Tarrant roof protecting my family, and my home. *UPDATE* I'd like to add an additional 5 stars on top of the 5 I already gave, simply because of James' aftercare when there needed to be some minor gutter adjustments. A note to new homeowners, I know paying big bucks for big repairs can be scary...trust Tarrant to stand by their work and products. Integrity is rare in this world, but James put it on full display during all of this.

  We discovered last fall that we needed a new roof. At the same time, we discovered that because I tried to be our property insurance agent, we had been converted to an ACV (Actual Cash Value) policy rather than replacement cost. Because our roof was 18 years old, the depreciation meant the insurance company owed nothing towards replacing our roof. We had spoken to a different representative of Tarrant Roofing a few years back who had impressed us with his expertise. Frankly, when this current situation arose, and I found out we could not work with the previous rep, I was hesitant lightening would strike twice with a qualified rep. (Hint: I was wrong!) After speaking to clueless roofer after clueless roofer, who could not grasp the intracasies of our situation, I was becoming very discouraged. Enter Kolby Marlow with Tarrant Roofing. Kolby came by the house offering his services because I had called the company looking for the previous rep. I admit to being skeptical that Kolby could be as knowledgeable based on how much younger he was than the prior rep. I would be proven to be so wrong. After shopping yet some more companies, Kolby’s dedication and professionalism shone through. If I told him I would follow up with him in a week, he reached out after 10 days to see if he could help me with anything. He never gave up on helping me, even when I was determined to play ostrich and ignore the situation. As the deadline approached the one-year mark, I realized playing ostrich was not helping at all. I called in my top three consults for updated estimates. One company came in within $1k of Kolby’s estimate, but in the end, the longevity of Tarrant Roofing made me trust them as the way to go. No one had been as dedicated as Kolby in solving my problem. No company other than Tarrant Roofing had the history to back up their reliability. Kolby helped me pick my shingle color, which I love!! On the day of installation, Kolby was here from 6:30 am to 9:30 pm. He supervised th
