  Contacted this company in 2021 to get a roof replaced. I informed them that I had already worked with my insurance company and I was ready for the replacement. After the associate finished the inspection, I asked questions to see some samples of the shingle options or some brochures and the associate was not prepared to provide any info at the time because he forgot to bring the info and documentation with him. The associate told me that he would provide an estimate the following week for the repairs. I never heard back from the inspector for the estimate after 7 days. I contacted the associate directly via mobile text, and he never responded. I called the company number directly and asked what happened to my estimate and that I wanted to talk to a manager. The administrator on the phone said no manager was available to talk at the time and asked me if I really wanted a call back or not. This is terrible customer service. I told the administrator that it is up to the company management if they want to call me back as a potential customer who wanted to pay them for a service. No call back from the manager at all. Again, I contacted the company directly to get an explanation and to resolve the issue of why my time was wasted and I was asked if I want “a call back or not.” This ended up being $15k+ job with 2 other companies. Maybe my money was not good enough? Not recommending this company to friends, family, or co-workers.

  Both Branson and Michael were fantastic to work with. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with the work they were going to do. I recommend both of them to anyone needing a new roof or roof repair!

  I was introduced to CLC Roofing via word-of-mouth and was certainly grateful for the recommendation. Mike was incredibly informative and available to help me with my roofing questions and needs. I have no doubt that Mike and CLC roofing will be my first call with any future roofing needs.

  Marty and Michael were absolute professionals! They communicated often, fixed the problem, and you could tell they truly cared about the outcome. Jose also did a spectacular job with the work. 10/10 would recommend and will plan to use Marty and Michael again in the future!

  Had a great experience working with CLC and Logan. Selling my house and buyer had requested a torn shingle be repaired. Logan came out and helped out in a time crunch to get repair fixed properly. 100% recommend CLC

  I highly recommend for any roofing work you need. From the very beginning, their communication was fantastic. They showed up on time on quick notice, provided a clear and easy-to-understand estimate with pictures and worked with us on warranty. Professional and respected my property.   Michael & Kyle are amazing to work with. Kyle came out & spent quite a bit of time zeroing in on a leak we had that trickled into our study. After finding the leak, Michael & his team were on their way out to fix within a couple days. After the project was done, I had a request to tweak something on the back side of the house. They didn’t make me feel bad, but quickly called me to troubleshoot & we found a resolution. Thanks for helping us out, CLC customer for life!

  We recently had CLC out to repair leaks in multiple skylights and we are very happy with the quality of work performed and communication received. Michael was extremely helpful, courteous, and informative throughout the entire process. They were very efficient and able to work around our schedule, which was very helpful. We've used them in the past for other roofing work and will continue to work with them in the future!
