  Avoid them at all cost! They are contracted by my HOA at Emerald resort, couldn’t find worse roofing company in all state! Have a repair done couple month ago, contractor said that they’ve changed the plywood, in reality they didn’t fix …

  Viktoriia: We received a leak repair order from your HOA back in December 2023 for a patch repair, and then again on 9/3/2024 and due to weather we arrived on 9/5/2024 for another patch repair. I would advise you to contact your HOA as these patch repairs are just band aids as you are in dire need of a new roof. If you would like to contact Sun Coast and provide your email we will be more than happy to provide you all the photos of the state of your roof. We are only authorized by the HOA for minimum repairs not a complete re-roof which is desperately needed as you will if you request the photos. With that said, Sun Coast Roofing does not take these reviews lightly especially when it is no fault of ours, so I request that this review be removed along with your partners to avoid further action.

  This company has a contract with my HOA. Left us with thousands of dollars water leak damages after they “repair” roof in my townhouse! Literally have a waterfall in the bedroom but apparently its not a priority for them.

  The Salesman was ripoff artist. Too many red flags to list. Buyer BEWARE!!!

  Unsatisfactory. Workers repaired a leak in the roof they installed 3 years prior, as they did for leaks in roofs at nearby homes. But when mold appeared at the leaking area, Suncoast refused to answer questions asked by my insurance …

  I am adding the ending of my review here and now giving this company two stars instead of one because the sales man came and gave me resolve to the issues listed. Everything has been done as per the contract. I must report that I never had issue with my salesman (Jeremy) . I feel the company should be the one to keep the salesman abreast of which colors are available at time of purchase. Jeremy was always professional,extremely curious and always wore a mask. If the review were related only to the salesman it would get five stars. (Now here begins my original review)...I will begin with their lack of communication in keeping me informed as to when the roof would be installed. It took two months to obtain the color I ordered.The supervisor (Brian) appeared on the first day of installation and made it sound like he was doing me a favor obtaining the color choice on my contract. He “had to drive all the way to Orlando and pay regular price at Home Depot” for my shingles. Well I had also selected a second color choice...which I am thinking was equally unavailable and told the front office I was willing to “wait another month or two or whatever it would take to obtain my color”. I had gotten a voice message call from the company to choose three color choices and they suggested their color choice which was very far off from the contract color. Imagine on this expensive a job to choose three color choices and then see which one went on your roof! Jeremy stated the workmen would take measures to protect my new air conditioner (with a device that surrounds the air conditioner).There was no such device...there was a piece of plywood slanted over the air conditioner. Brian informed me that Jeremy “never constructed a roof and was only a salesmen” and so I shouldn’t have believed him because he didn’t know what he was talking about! Let’s skip over my calls to the company to obtain an exact start date to the end of completion where removing the dumpster became an issue. The du

  Ean has been an excellent salesman throughout the entire process. Amber, that works in the office, provided EXCELLENT customer service throughout the entire job - and we had more interaction than the salesman and I. Angel, from the corporate office that handled any and all payments from myself, also provided excellent customer service the few times we spoke to each other. The crew that came to do the roof replacement and foreman Victor was also a pleasure to work with - very neat, very thorough and very fast in getting my roof both dried in and finished. I would HIGHLY recommend Suncoast Roofing to handle any and all roofing needs to ANYONE needing a roofer. The entire process was quick, thorough and complete! Thanks again for everything Suncoast Roofing you've ALL been a pleasure to work with! I wish I had another 5 roofs that needed attention as you'd get ALL of my business!!

  It was a smooth and easy process. All the materials used were of the best quality which has provided me with an amazing warranty. There was great communication during the whole process. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. I couldn’t be happier with the company and the process.

  Suncoast was recommended by a family member. They were efficient, thorough, scheduled us right away, and promptly fixed a minor electrical/programming problem with the new skylight. The pricing was very fair and less than we expected. We are very satisfied with Suncoast.

  Amber and the team were great at communicating every step of the process. Pedro’s team came out to do the job and got it done in one day. Inspection passed the first time. I highly recommend this company for all your insurance claim and roof replacement needs.

  I can not use enough adjectives to describe my wonderful experience with Suncoast roofing. They customer service was always quick and helpful. Everyone went above and beyond in service. I have not had such wonderful service from a company in so long I forgot what it felt like. I’m grateful that our paths crossed and the work was very thorough, kind workers, and just above and beyond with any questions or concerns. I can not say enough wonderful words to explain my excellent experience.

  We recently had our roof replaced and could not be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, the professionalism of the entire Sun Coast Team was outstanding! Communication was clear and consistent every step of the way, ensuring we always knew what to expect. Heath, our field estimator, understood exactly what we needed to fix our roof issues. The installation itself was completed quickly and efficiently by Brian, Pedro and installation crew. They went above and beyond with their install, inspection and clean-up—our roof was beautiful and property was spotless when the job was done. Amber was an absolute pleasure to work with - always responsive, organized, and friendly, making the process smooth and stress-free. Overall, this company demonstrates excellent teamwork across the board. They combined skill, efficiency, honesty, and customer care to deliver a truly exceptional result. Highly recommend!!

  I needed a full roof replacement on a home I just purchased. I had reached out to Sun Coast prior to closing and worked closely with Amber in the office. Amber made sure the entire process was easy and seamless. I can’t say enough about the communication and follow up throughout. Although the project was delayed for rainy weather during storm season, it was only pushed back one day and I was informed immediately. The crew arrived bright and early and the job was completed in one day. The yard was left clean and clear and the dumpster was picked up early the next day. Honestly the entire process from start to finish couldn’t have gone better and I am super pleased with the beautiful results.
