  If I could put 0 stars I would. Their company truck drivers, drive insane. Almost caused a severe crash. Why would I trust a company if they can’t even drive?

  This company replaced the roof (December2022) on the house we purchased in Mar2023. The roof replacement was done just prior the the first winter storm, Jan2023. We had the home inspection mid-Jan2023, but the roof was not accessible due to the snow, so the trash left in the gutters was not known about until after the thaw and first rain in early May2023. We saw that the gutters were not draining properly and found that they are full of roof materials. I called TL Roofing to ask them to come and clean out the roof 'trash' they left in the gutters (roof nails, old shingle parts). They said they did the final inspection after they finished the installation. They will not clean up the trash they left in our gutters, but were happy to refer us to a gutter cleaning company. I hope they clean up after their work on other homes and NOT leave that cost to the homeowner! I saw other reviews with a similar thread, so I suppose I should not be surprised at the lack of professionalism and dishonest service.

  Called and spoke to Ross. He stated he would call back the next week to get me scheduled. That was 3 weeks ago. Still nothing from him or the company....

  I am unable to find a record of your call within our company to assist you directly. However, I can speak for all of us at TL Roofing that Ross is working 10 hour days 5+ days a week to keep up with the surplus of calls coming in. With the unprecedented times we are all working in due to Labor and material shortages, we will continue to try and accommodate all customers in a timely manner and apologize for your experience.

  For the amount of money I paid, I expected better. At the end of the job they left my property looking like a dump, same as other reviews said. Also the price was higher than what we agreed upon. Would not recommend.

  When you do give them your business they are complete slobs and don't clean up messes! Our entire yard is full of tarps, plastic, screws, metal etc...

  I had the exact same experience that Bobbi Maiers commented on below. Called today for a quote and was met with a total attitude. He said he'd charge for an estimate because the real estate market was peaking and that he doesn't have time to run around giving free estimates that realtors suggest. He also made the comment: "I bet, actually, I would hope that we would be higher than the other bid you got. People wait months to get their roof replaced by us." After I tried to explain that I wasn't just getting a quote for the heck of it and that we really do want the roof replaced as soon as possible, he accused me of cutting him off and said that he wouldn't want to service this project anyway. Surprisingly rude and arrogant for $20k projects to lose out on. I would NEVER recommend this company.

  I called for an estimate on a roof replacement for a property we are purchasing. I was told "we can't run around all day doing quotes for free if you can't guarantee us the business." How can I even consider giving a company my business if they refuse to take the time to drive out and tell me how much it will cost? Not a terribly witty business practice. I'll go with the people who will offer me a quote, without the attitude.

  We needed new roof and they were willing to actually do the work. In today times of everyone being so busy they took our phone call and schedule work. When we had questions that answer promptly.

  I had two solar tubes installed in my home and they have made such an incredible difference! They communicated clearly and were very professional. I am very happy with my entire experience, from quoting to install.

  These guys are AWESOME! I manage an apartment complex here in town and TL took care of us from start to finish. First, they were able to work with us and assist when needed to file everything with our insurance company. Then, when it came time to pick out our new roof, they worked with myself (on-site), our property management company (out of state) and the property owner (also out of state) to come up with a wonderful selection based on our unique needs. When it came time to jump into action, they helped us plan as much as possible, and were prepared for the unplanned. Along the way, every consideration was taken from noise requirements to landscaping to stray nails. The crew was extremely professional and courteous and impressed all of our tenants along the way. Our time frame goals were cut in half and all of our residents had nothing but praise for a job well done. Thank you so much for your extraordinary work.
