Just a follow up about diversified roofing !! Some guy named Danial came out to inspect my roof !! He said that my roofing boots didn’t meet code !! In fact they are perfectly leagel !! The guy couldn’t even tell what a triple wall pipe looks like !! And thought that the rubber boots on the pipe couldn’t handle the heat !! I contacted the roofing supplier and explained the issue and he stated that the kind of pipe that I have is perfectly legal for the type of rubber boots that was installed !! Of course this roofer will come up with an excuse with the issue !! Just like the issue of installing a metal roof over the top of an asphalt roof !! And it’s perfectly leagel and the guy that came out said it wasn’t !! This company even has a photo on their website that shows them installing a metal roof over the top of asphalt shingles !! What’s up with that ?? I’m sure they will have a good excuse for that !! They must think I’m stupid !! I use to build multi million dollar homes and did very well at the business !! I don’t expect this company to be in business very long !!!

Robert, we’re sorry you feel this way. We explained to you back on September 20, 2024 that we were not interested in putting an overlay on your mobile home, being our company policy is to remove all layers of existing roofing which allows us to inspect the substrate. We choose not to cut corners in our business practices as quality is always our main objective. I would like to point out that you are neither a current nor previous customer of ours. Your mortgage company found, contracted, and paid us to do a fair assessment due to their concerns with your property. Unfortunately, you did not like our findings that align with what we told you back in September.

We were in need of replacement for an 18 year old hail damaged shingle roof. Requested proposals from several roofing companies to do a standing seam replacement and Diversified bid the highest quality materials and explained why cutting corners on that quality would be a mistake and had the lowest bid when the others tried to match that quality. We have a complex roof with many valleys and pitch changes and they made it all work beautifully. We were so happy with the final roof product that we requested a bid on gutters, snow fences, and heat wires. Their gutter specialist, Rick, came out and again was the lowest bid for the highest quality and did a very professional job following my exact requests for where I wanted everything.

We’re proud we could deliver the highest-quality materials and workmanship on a complex roof and that the end result met your expectations. I’ll pass your compliments on to Rick for the professional gutter, snow fence, and heat wire work. If you need anything else down the road, please reach out and we’ll be happy to help. - Diversified Roofing

RIck @ Diversified did a great job on our gutter system replacement! We were out of town when the job was done- he sent texts and photos every day to show the progress. He even coordinated with the electrician to make sure the heater cables were functioning correctly. I highly recommend them!

We had a great experience with Diversified Roofing on our vacation home in Durango. The whole team was easy to work with and super professional. They installed a new roof and also handled the gutters and heat cable for us, which made everything simple and convenient having one company do it all. Since we’re not always in town, it was great knowing the job was done right. I'd highly recommend them if you’re looking for a solid, local roofing company.

We had a great experience with Diversified Roofing on our new build. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. Their sales rep, Dustin, was extremely knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to make sure we understood each product option before making our selection. The crew onsite was very efficient and did an outstanding job completing everything in a timely manner. We also had them install our gutters, and that process was just as seamless. I will absolutely continue to use them and highly recommend them to others.
