The crew was professional, skilled, and always took time to explain each step of the roofing work. When an issue came up with some materials, they fixed it right away and kept the project moving without delays. The roofers were hardworking and efficient, staying focused from start to finish. This was a large roofing job at nearly 2,800 square feet, and the team handled it with real care. They removed a double layer roof, took care of the gutters and gutter guards, repaired damaged roof joists, cut and installed new plywood where needed, and completed the underlayment and shingle installation on the first day. Their attention to detail and solid workmanship really stood out. The remaining gutter work, gutter shields, and final roofing details were finished quickly on the second day. They also did an excellent cleanup, leaving the yard and flower beds free of roofing debris and nails. The whole project was scheduled for two and a half days but was finished in just one and a half days. We would gladly recommend their roofing services to anyone needing dependable roof replacement, roof repair, gutters, or shingle work.

a dependable roofing crew in durango with solid shingle and metal roof options, plus flexible payment and financing choices to fit different budgets. i replaced an older composite shingle roof with a stronger metal gauge roof, and the price was fair and competitive compared with other roofers that offered fewer options. trenton was professional, friendly, easy to talk with, and quick to answer questions about the roofing process, materials, scheduling, and overall roof needs. the whole team made the job smooth from the estimate through installation, and the finished roof looks great and feels built to handle the sun, wind, and changing weather in co. very happy with the workmanship, communication, and overall value.

Job: roofing, siding, gutters, stone, and shutters. i owe a huge thank you to the crew. What looked like a simple roof and exterior repair for old, cracked, missing, and chipped siding turned into a much bigger project than expected. During …

Trenton and Shaun were professional and helpful through the whole roofing repair process. On my first call, Trenton clearly explained the likely source of the roof leak and had Shaun at my home within a couple of hours. Shaun checked the attic, inspected the roofing area, and walked me through the repair plan in simple terms. Not long after the inspection, I received a clear written estimate and the work was scheduled quickly. The roof repairs were completed right on time with no surprises and no stress. The crew was organized, respectful of my property, and did a solid job fixing the leak. After some rain moved through Durango, Trenton even followed up by call and text to make sure everything was holding up and the leak was fully resolved. I really appreciated the communication, fast service, and quality workmanship. Highly recommend this roofing company if you need dependable roof leak repair and honest service.

If you need roof repair or a full roof replacement, they are an excellent choice. After seeing several roofing jobs completed in my neighborhood, I was really impressed with the quality of their work, so I called them when it was time to replace my own roof. They responded fast and guided me through the whole roofing process, from the insurance claim and adjuster visit to choosing the right shingles and new gutters. The roofing crew was friendly, professional, and always ready to answer questions. When afternoon rain moved in during the project, they handled it the right way and kept everything protected and dry. My new roof looks even better than the original, and the team did a great job protecting my property and keeping the job site clean the entire time.

I highly recommend Mike & Sons Roofing for any roof repair needs. Preston came out and fixed a leak around a vent flashing, then did a courtesy roof inspection and found a crack near another vent pipe. He repaired that too and sealed the nail pops he noticed on the roof. The price was very fair, and he also explained the overall condition of my roofing system in simple terms. It was good news, and I really appreciated the honest approach with no pressure and no upselling. The whole visit felt professional, helpful, and focused on quality workmanship. I would gladly use them again for any future roofing service in Durango and would definitely recommend them to others.

I had a small roof leak with water dripping through my kitchen ceiling near a light fixture, so I called for help after seeing all the great reviews. Shaun showed up at my home in Durango in about 15 minutes, quickly found the source around the roofing area, and had the leak repaired fast. He was friendly, professional, and focused on fixing the problem the right way. I was honestly surprised when he did not want to charge me for the quick repair, and I had to insist he take something for his time. That kind of honest roofing service and fast response is hard to find. I later called him back for some additional roof work, and once again he arrived quickly and did a great job. The whole experience was smooth, helpful, and showed real customer care.
