  The worst experience ever. Never have I had to beg a professional to do a job that was paid for. Doesn't respond, doesn't care just absolutely horrible. Very sad. Ok less than 2 yrs and shingles are falling off, plus if you look closely at photo, there is no underlayment. I know who will never work for me again, or repair their mistakes. Good luck if you use them.

  NEVER EVER GET YOUR ROOF DONE THERE!!! TENS AND TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND IT IS FALLING DOWN! THEY REFUSE TO MAKE IT RIGHT> WE WILL BE CONTACTING THE BBB AND AN ATTORNEY!!! NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!

  Hired Durango Roofing to put a new roof on or cabin. They subcontracted it out to another contractor who did a poor job to say the least. The pictures posted here are the ones they sent us to show the roof was done. We tried to contact them to reinspect and fix the issues only to be told they were too busy, or it was the wrong time of year. This went on for 3 years. When they finally did respond they sent the owner, who is in his 80’s an only walked around our yard looking at the roof. (Watched it all on my security camera.) Then said we had damaged the roof when we had chimney work done. That work was done before they did the roof & away from where the initial problems were and they were the only ones on it. Reported it to BBB to no avail, as the owners wife lied to them about what we said and the photos we sent. Finally found another roofer with a stellar reputation to inspect it. His report showed that they used the incorrect ridge cap for that pitch of roof and tried to bend it to fit, which caused the buckling. They used about half as many screws as they should, didn’t caulk or flash around the chimney, and left areas on the edge unfinished. This is costing us an additional $3500 to fix Durango Roofing’s bad work and poor customer service. Lesson learned, if you hire this company, have it inspected by a real professional before you pay their bill. If as the owner you are going to respond to this review, you should know what you’re talking about. As I stated, the chimney work was done before your company even started the roof. No one had been up there since you. And the photos I posted showing the bad work are ones you sent us to show the work was done. The other issue is that there isn’t a tree that could drop a limb on that section of the roof. Yes it was our mistake to assume the work was correct and pay the bill, but we had been contacting you since our first visit after work was done. Ask your secretary! My wife documented every call and message left for 3

  I contracted with Durango Roofing to have a new standing seam roof installed in October. I was told the materials were in stock and work should begin in the first week of November. When I didn’t hear from them in the second week of November i follows up and was told that the materials were not in stock (I had already paid 50% down at this point. Over the next two months communication was really poor on their side. It would take a few emails and calls to finally get their office person to respond to see when the materials may be available. The work was finally started the second week of January. The workers are great but don’t expect the office to be honest about timelines once they have your deposit you are locked in to whenever they get to you. To do it again I’d go with someone else.

  DO NOT USE THIS ROOFING CO!!! Absolutely the worst job and the worst experience. Without going into all the details, I had a new roof installed by them. The new roof leaked in multiple places and caused damage to the interior of my home. Durango Roofing first did additional work charging additional monies then went silent. The leaking continued and my messages went unanswered. Another roofer had to be called in and the entire roof installed by Durango Roofing removed and installed properly. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND FIND A RESPECTABLE HONEST CO!!! If you have trouble believing this review and others like it I would suggest you dig deep (check legal actions against them etc.). There are a few good reviews of them online so maybe they do a good job sometimes or maybe they put those up there themselves?? Do you want a company that only does decent work some of the time?

  Had them fix a leak in my roof 3 months ago. 2 weeks later the leak was still there. I called and after 3 months they finally returned my call and stated it was no longer under warranty. Do not use them. Terrible customer service and just looking to take your money.

  Durango Roofing just completed our new standing seam metal roof here in Durango West II, and we love it. Everyone, Kaylee in the office, Brian who sold us the job and Manuel and his crew were all professional and a pleasure to work with. From the beginning till the job was completed we had outstanding communication, polite and professional work from everyone and now are enjoying our new roof which looks amazing. Thanks to everyone at Durango Roofing and we highly recommend them to everyone who is contemplating their service.

  My husband and I selected Durango Roofing to replace our roof with a standing seam metal roof this summer. We are very satisfied with the end result. Their metal installers did an impressive high-quality job installing a roof that will probably outlast us! The attention to detail of the install has left a beautiful roof that will continue to look beautiful and perform for years to come. The team was careful to protect our property as they tore off the old roof and installed the new one, and they cleaned up our property as they went along. With any big project, minor issues came along and they resolved them quickly and to our satisfaction. As an added plus, their cost was lower than some of the other companies we spoke with, but that wasn’t the only reason we chose Durango Roofing - it was obvious that Floyd knew his business and had done other high quality jobs around Durango. Debi and Floyd were a pleasure to work with, and we will hire Durango Roofing again for any future roofing needs.

  They replaced my roof 2 summers ago and the roof now leaks in an area where it hasn't previously leaked before. I called them up last early winter to fix the new leak. Now a year later it's still leaking.Just ridiculous.

  Top notch operation start to finish. Professional and very experienced technicians provided comprehensive inspection and maintenance to my roof. I will call them in a few years when it is time to replace my existing roof. Highly recommended.

  I have been run threw the ringer with several other companies saying they would be by to get me a bid on my roof and never following up. then after calling Nate he came out the very next day and got me an estimate I was happy with how he handle exactly what I wanted as a roof and drainage system and got rid of the "ex-girlfriend"(wirley bird vent that made alot of noise). Even with some if the areas on my roof being challenging they still got it done in a timely manner and never went over my budget. Awesome company that will answer the phone when needed or call right back

  Witnessed one of their employees driving like a complete psychopath. Whoever was driving east on Highway 160 from Cortez to Durango around 530pm on May 18th, 2018. Not only was this driver speeding excessively but they also felt it was appropriate to tailgate, pass on double yellows and dump diesel exhaust on everyone they passed. They almost caused a head on collision during their one of their illegal passes. Hopefully the state patrol catches your driver before they end up killing somebody!!!
