  E-mailed as requested, got no response whatsoever. Once I submitted this review, 365 Roofing, LLC became very responsive, albeit not in time to meet my closing deadlines. To say that they have been working with me belies the fact that there was no response at all until the negative review published.

  Justin and his team did a great job on my roof. They stayed on schedule, cleaned up after themselves and were helpful in every way. They provided good follow-up for a couple concerns after the roof was completed. George is invaluable. They are prompt in responding to emails and texts. I give them my highest recommendation.

  Couldn't be happier with 365's installation. Crew put the roof on in one day, one very hot day. They worked safely, and even came off the roof to wait out a nearby thunder storm. Our neighbors were impressed with the efficiency and the super cleanup. One even had 365 do their roof after seeing the job done on ours.

  Justin and his team were awesome. Felt like he gave me a really honest assessment of what repair work was needed and helped connect me to a specialist that could help with roof heating as well. Kept me informed throughout and able to get the work done in a pretty tight timeframe. Highly recommend them and I'll definitely be coming back to them in the future.

  365 did a fantastic job on our metal roof. They squeezed us in right before Christmas to replace our leaking roof. The crew worked until dark to make sure it was done. The foreman Esteban did a great job communicating during the project. And the detailed metal work was exceptional. I would highly recommend them.

  The 365 Roofing crew was able to work with me (remote owner) for reroofing our home without me ever being there. They quoted, did the work, and did warranty registration all through to the end. Site clean up was excellent, and no surprise charges to boot. I would 100% recommend them.

  We are so delighted that we went with 365 Roofing in 2024. Justin and Katherine were efficient, professional, and available. The crew was amazing! They did excellent work and were finished in a timely manner-less than 4 days! They were incredibly conscientious about cleaning up! I would recommend this company to ANYONE! They stand behind their work and were wonderful to work with!

  We have used 365 Roofing twice to install a new roof on our house (the first one was damaged by an unprecedented hail storm). They were easy to work with from start to finish. The crews are punctual, fast, and do very good work. Upon arrival of materials the project foreman reviewed the project with us to make sure materials were correct. He communicated with us and explained what was being done each day. Each member of the crew was very willing to respond to any concerns that came up during the day and either take care of it themselves, or pass the information on to the appropriate person. This includes things like inspecting existing sheathing and replacing sections where needed, and ensuring vent stack pipes and crickets are sealed and in good shape. During installation, in areas such as valleys, the crew members took the time to lay shingles out first before installing them to make sure individual shingle colors and patterns matched properly. The crew's cleanup was the best of all the roofing companies we've dealt with over the years. Justin includes a porta-a-potti with every job. It might seem minor, but he makes sure his crew's onsite needs are met. It also helps ensure the project stays on pace. The port-a-potti was delivered and removed quickly. After the late summer hail storm in 2024, Justin came out and did a roof inspection for us prior to the insurance company inspection. Justin and Katherine went out of their way to help fit this project into a tight deadline, help explain regional costs to our insurance company, and during tear-off had the crew properly document existing materials to prove "same as" replacement materials costs for insurance. Both of them are dedicated to their business and we have always received quick responses from them. We highly recommend using 365 Roofing.
