  Installed wrong color shingles, left out my shed, left large pieces of wood in my drive way and basically were untruthful about the waves in the roof POPPING OUT on their own.

  I just had my third roof replacement done by Swan Roofing. My first home was done in the ‘90’s- and this was my second replacement on my current home- so I have used them for many years. NEVER had one single issue. This time my Swan contractor was Don Perez. I found him very accessible and willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Unfortunately my insurance company was not so easy to work with but I know that Don did everything he could possibly do to work with them. There was a paperwork issue that I could not understand and Don explained it to me numerous times and he never once made me feel stupid or uncomfortable about telling him I didn’t understand. He was always pleasant and I felt very comfortable and confident with him. He is the perfect representative for Swan. Quality of the overall job was excellent and went perfectly.

  Amazing experience with Kirk and his whole team who went above and beyond for me. I had a leak in my TPO/mansard roof and they rushed right out and it was fixed very quickly. Great communication and they treated my home with as much care as if it were their own.

  Swan Roofing is a top notch company. Insurance did not want to pay when my roof was hail damaged. Mark Lenzer went above and beyond to provide me with everything needed to get this claim processed. His years of experience proved valuable in convincing insurance this roof needed to be replaced. Even though it was a small job, he didn't treat it that way. He took care of my home as if it were his own. I couldn't be happier with my new roof. It is beautiful!

  Soon after buying my house in Plano my roof was damaged by hail. I called every roofer on the list my insurance agent gave me, and Swan was the only one to show up. Nearly 25 years later I did not hesitate to go with Swan again, and I am very pleased with both results and price. Mark proposed a perfectly acceptable solution, became my trusted expert advisor as he helped me refine that to include the enhancements I wanted, and ensured that even the one weird thing I wanted was implemented correctly. And thanks to Chrisanto, my new ridge vents are the best looking in the neighborhood. Texas does not license or regulate roofers, so Swan's membership in both the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas and the North Texas Roofing Contractors Association, and their certifications with multiple manufacturers (for example their GAF Master Elite status) are objective indicators of their commitment to excellence.

  We’ve had three great experiences with the Swan Roofing team. Most recently, Swan helped us remediate storm damage in Plano and in Canton Texas. They helped us navigate challenges with the insurance inspection all the way through construction and clean up. I can’t say enough good things about our experiences with Don and Raul.   From beginning to end, this has been a straightforward and simple process. Jimmy made it very easy and walked us through every step of the way. I’m sure we’ll have another roofing project that needs to be done in the future and we’ll definitely look to use them again.
