  New roof. Looked good as far as I could tell. But they refused help when needed later. They disappeared, even for emergency assistance or warranty service. Disappointing. They don't even return urgent calls. A roof-and-run roofer. But friendly, so it's easy to be fooled into using them.

  This is a side by side comparison among, a. roofer from the builder b.roofer from another company c. suretop roofing. I gave them two star. Below is the reason and the facts. suretop roofing was incompetent to identify any leak and they falsely conclude the root cause. the roof leaks still after their inspection and water test. The builder's roofer found a few punches on the roof. Another roof company was able to provide dozen suggested fixes. I watched all three different roofers when they conducted the work. Suretop roofing is willing to help find the issue Yet their skill and experience is just not there, which leads to frustration and argument when the issue remains and nothing fixed. Their work is also less thorough compared to the top notch roofer

  I was pleased with Tony and team and their focus on quality. they really take the time and think through the issues specific to your house. I believe their work is as good as you can get for your money! UPDATE - Great follow-up service! It has been 3 years since I got my new roof, no issues at all except just noticed a slow leak showing up. I called them and they sent someone out in less than a week and identified the issue (degrading seal) and resealed it for me at no cost. They gave me photos and info on how to maintain in the future.

  Fantastic service with terrific staff. They honor their obligations, keep their schedules, & do quality work. If only all other contractors, vendors, and service organizations cared about customer service like this, we would all be much better off!

  Hands down, best customer service and excellent job done! They walked me through the whole process. Upfront pricing and honest quotes. Thank you gentlemen for the exceptional service! Update! A couple of weeks ago, I had Tony look at my roof and fix an issue since I used him in the past. He took his time diagnosing the problem and resolved it shortly afterward. The professionalism and quality are just great, and it’s hard for me not to come back and write about it because this is what makes Suretop Roofing stand out from the rest.

  Sure top is a great company to work with Tony did a great job of project managing the job making sure it was done to perfection I have had many roofs replaced I have owned 20 rental properties over the years and this was the best job I have seen on a roof replacement highly recommended this company !!!

  SureTop has some of the best customer service I’ve worked with. Tony from their team came out, reviewed where the leak in my roof was coming from. It wasn’t an issue with their install, it was a solar panel problem. When the solar panel company ghosted me, Tony said they would take care of the repairs for me at no charge. Pick local businesses. It makes a difference.

  Have only positive things to say! Everyone at SureTop was a professional from receiving the estimate to the job being completed on time and for the quoted price. This is who I will call for future jobs and highly recommend to everyone!
