  i contacted a local roofing contractor to remove and replace the old galvanized gutters on my home and check the roof edge and fascia for any wear. charles was very responsive and returned my call within an hour. he came out quickly, looked over the gutter line, downspouts, and trim, and gave me a very fair quote. he explained the timing clearly and kept me updated while finishing another large roofing job. Even during very hot San Jose weather, he stayed in touch and let me know two days ahead of the install date. charles showed up right when he said he would, and charles and his crew finished the gutter replacement in one day. They also made a custom trim piece to neatly cover an old rusted section, and the final result looks clean and professional. The new gutters fit well, improve drainage, and match the house nicely. It was great to work with a roofing company that communicates well, arrives on time, and delivers solid work at a fair price.

  i had my roof replaced a while back, and after a rainy night in california, i noticed a small drip near the kitchen skylight that seemed to be coming from the roof. i also had a few spots in the bathroom that did not look quite right, so i called for a roof inspection. i was surprised they were able to come out the same day and fit me in for a checkup. their crew inspected the whole roofing system, including the flashing, shingles, and the area around the skylight. they found that leaves had built up and a few small cracks were letting in water. charles took care of the repair quickly, and wayne made sure everything was sealed up properly. jerry explained what caused the leak and gave helpful tips on keeping roof areas clear so water can drain the right way. they fixed the issue and did not charge me, which i really appreciated. the service felt honest, fast, and professional. it was a big relief knowing the roof was checked carefully and repaired before the problem got worse. if you need a reliable roofer for leak repair, roof maintenance, or a full roof inspection, they are definitely worth calling.

  After calling around for roofing and gutter help, this was the only team willing to take care of my downspout replacement right away. i called, and they came out the same day and got the work done fast. wayne and the crew were very kind, professional, and easy to talk to, and they treated my small gutter repair with real care and respect. They explained the downspout replacement clearly, checked the nearby gutter connection, and made sure water would drain away from the roofline the right way.   I had a fantastic experience with this roofing company. I called to get an estimate for replacing our old, leaking skylight, and spoke with Wayne, who patiently answered all my questions and set up an appointment. Jerry arrived right on time to check out our skylight and, while he was up on the roof, I also asked him to look at our back gutter since it wasn’t draining as it should. Jerry inspected both and suggested replacing the skylight and fixing the sagging gutter. I received a clear and reasonable written estimate and decided to go ahead with the work. Jerry came back as scheduled and got started right away. He installed the new skylight and repaired the gutter much faster than I expected. While he was at it, he even noticed a shutter missing from our second-floor window and, after I mentioned it was in the garage, he put it back up for us at no extra cost. That’s real attention to detail and customer care. Jerry handled all the work himself, and I was truly impressed by his skill and professionalism. I am extremely satisfied with the service, and I highly recommend this roofing company for their reliability, excellent work, and outstanding customer service. When it’s time to replace our roof, I’ll definitely call them again.

  here’s a revised version following your instructions: i called around san jose looking for quotes to get my roof replaced, and wayne at superior roof repair got back to me first. after speaking with him on the phone, i could tell right away he was someone i wanted to work with—super friendly and genuinely helpful. he gave me a clear quote with no hidden costs or pressure to add on extra things, which really helped take the stress out of the whole process. i felt comfortable and relaxed, and you can tell he stands behind their work. the crew showed up and managed to get almost the entire roof done in just one day, even though it was blazing hot outside. these guys are not only tough, but they really know what they’re doing. the new roof looks fantastic—so good that it made me realize the rest of my house could use some cleaning up! they also installed a ridge vent at the top of the roof, and i already notice the house feels cooler. now i’m even thinking about adding more soffit vents to help with airflow. everyone i interacted with was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, even when working under the hot california sun. i’m currently recovering from a leg injury and have to walk with a cane, and one of the crew members even offered to help me out—something you don’t see every day. i brought out some cold water for the team and they were genuinely appreciative. all in all, my expectations were more than exceeded. i’m really impressed with the work and the service.
