  My experience with the replacement of the fascia board around my home was below expectations. Communication regarding scheduling was poor, and there was no clear notice about when workers would arrive. On the scheduled day, the crew arrived very late in the evening, which would have caused what would have been a one-day job to extend into a second day. After speaking with the manager he was insistent they would need to start this day and return the next day (with no time of arrival given). I contacted the salesperson I initially worked with and he was able to have the work rescheduled for the next morning as a result. While the quality of the completed work was acceptable, the lack of cleanup afterward was disappointing. Debris was left behind, which detracted from the overall experience. Due to these issues, I would not recommend this service.

  Excellent service! Jacob was great to work with and made the entire process easy from start to finish. The crew was professional, thorough, and did a great job repairing my roof. They resecured loose roof tiles, replaced cracked and broken ones, inspected for leaks and damage, and resealed my gutter and roof vents to help prevent future issues. Everything was completed efficiently, and they left the area clean. I highly recommend them for anyone needing honest, quality roofing repairs!

  Tyler & the other kind, considerate workers are professional as well as thorough. They know the homeowner's insurance companies quite well. Now is the right time to hire Roof Lab. Don't wait....Thank you for the textured look and the sweet job!

  For months and months I've been turning away different roof guys. Apparently my neighborhood was a hot spot because we had a couple bad hail storms. Somehow Felix from Rooflab talked me into letting him check my roof out. I had no idea how much damage the hail storm did to my roof and gutters. He was so thorough checking everything around my property and taking many photos. He also talked me through the process of filing a claim with my insurance. He even stayed to talk to my insurer himself which was super helpful for me as a first time homeowner. If my claim is accepted, I know for sure I'll be contacting Felix at Rooflab to help me with the next steps!

  Keith Michelfelder and his crew at Roof Labs are attentive, punctual, knowledgeable, and transparent. He showed up at our appointment with two members of his crew and performed the preliminary Survey. He returned within the promised time frame with a clear Proposal and a Sample Book. I highly recommend Roof Labs!
