  Beware! We had hail damage on April 20th. I searched for local roofers and they were listed on Google in a top 3 search. Now they aren’t even listed in the top 20. The office number was in Hartsville SC which is not close to Rock Hill SC (despite the fact they told me they were local when I asked). As expected, State Farm gave us the runaround and said we only need a partial replacement. This company claimed they filed a supplement weeks later and never followed up with us. They also would not answer my calls. We have since hired WeatherGuard and are very pleased with the service and professionalism they have provided.

  I called them out to simply come look at my gutters that were damaged during a storm, so I could get an estimate of how much it would cost to fix it. The guy came out and looked at it and that's it. Messaged him back and never heard back from him. Guess they didn't want to do it, but left me a business card though lol.

  Jeffrey arrived to asses the siding on my home. He was very knowledgeable, professional, honest and delivered excellent customer service. Because of my experience with him, I will now use Carolina Roofing Pros LLC for future work and repair on my home, and will highly recommend their services within my network.

  Due to the snow over the past 2 weeks the first part of the repair was slow but the work was done quite well. The gutters went quickly and beautifully.

  I called different companies to come out and take a look at my roof and siding, none show up besides Carolina Roofing Pros LLC with a great estimate! Thank you to the front desk girl Grace for me getting schedule so quickly!

  Hunter was very prompt he inspected our roof for a leak and found a hole in the roof from a stray bullet that fell out of the sky from someone shooting straight up. He was able to get a technician out the next day to make repairs!

  They came and looked at a loose piece of siding for me and was nice enough to clip it back in place while here and didn't charge me anything since there was no materials needed!

  Jeff and Hunter came to my house after several other roofing contractors came and tried to fix my roof leak but the others were unsuccessful in fixing the leak. Jeff and hunter used a thermal imaging camera to identify the exact location of the leak and were able to get my roof repaired the next day after it stopped raining. We have had several more days of rain after the repairs were made and the leak is fixed!!!
