  This is the worse company I have ever worked with. I never get a response back after I’ve either texted or called. They are never there to do the work when they say the will be there. I will never use this company again.

  We’re sorry this situation has been frustrating, and we do want to clarify the timeline. We’re also a little unclear about the statement that we didn’t call, text, or show up, as our call logs and time-stamped photos show that you called at 6:04 a.m. on 8/11 and we had someone at your property before 8:00 a.m. on 8/12. Our original scope was to repair the leaks identified in the flat roof. Through additional water testing, we’ve since determined that the current leak is actually coming from the pitched roof section, which was not part of the work we performed. The water is traveling down the sloped decking and pooling in the rafter area beneath the flat roof, causing the interior damage to show up in the same general area as the original leak. Because the drywall had already been removed, we did not have the staining or water path on the interior surface to help trace the source. At that point, the only other way to have confirmed the leak was coming from the pitched section would have been to remove the two-piece sandcast tile. We’re more than happy to help with this newly identified issue and work with you on the best way to get it resolved. The SUNVEK Team

  Don’t waste your time with this company. They have an auto (AI) scheduler that contacts you and sets an appointment, then they call you the next day and won’t honor that appt.

  Would be Zero stars if that were an option. Bait and Switch - told I needed a new roof and after the new roof was done it still leaked in the exact same spot into the garage. Called them and they came out and said the issue was around a window and they used some caulk to seal that. I did my own water test with a hose and that seems to have fixed it, won't really know until we get some good rain. I didn't need a new roof at all! A neighbor just used them and their exact words were they were bait and switched as well - the work was started and they added several thousand more the the price. They said give me my money back and subsequently finished the job for no additional cost. I spoke to their President, JD Serrano to explain my concerns. He was unapologetic, unconcerned and has really no customer desire to hear and resolve concerns at all. Also to note, they have not finished the work yet - no water test and no pictures of the finished roof - after asking multiple times. But I'm supposed to pay the second half? You should be very cautious with these guys - he is a new leader there and has no customer service skills. I have asked to speak with the founder, Eric Skoog and will see if he calls back... UPDATE: Sunvek’s response is garbage. After the new roof was installed it leaked in the exact same and only leak spot on the roof, just as before the new roof. I have text messages from the project manager showing the leak was around the window. So, most likely I did not need the new roof but just caulk around the window. I did my own water test because you still have yet to come out and do a full water test on the roof as promised. As for the discount, I asked that you merely consider the issues we’ve had, including horrible customer service up to and including the President -DJ Serrano, and to do the right thing. You didn’t counter with anything except “no” and now you added interest to the invoice for a job that has not yet been finished- no water test and no

  I had a roof leak that was fixed by SunVek. Unfortunately, following 2 years, I continued to have leak. After notifying SunVek, they came out twice to "fix the leak" but the leak persists (their tech never spent more than 30 min to "fix" the leak). I was told that any internal damage is not their problem and they would fix only the roof. Third year in a row, I again had same roof leak, Upon calling Sunvek, I am told that warranty is only for two years, however, they can come back and give me another estimate to redo the job (really). how can you not get the job done 3 times?? was it just patch work knowing seasonal rain in Phx would get them out of two years warranyty.

  Horrible place. DNT ever USE THEM CALLED THEM FOR LEAKS . CAME.OUT GAVE ME ESTIMATE TO FIX MY LEAKS . YEARS LATER AFTER SPENDING THOUSANDS. I STILL HAVE SAME LEAKES. RAINING NOW AND IT LEAKING . OWNER DNT care. Talked to so many people what's the use.. They TREAT U LIKE IT YOUR FAULT THEY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM WRONG . They sent numerous people to come fix thism and they all been "experts" . All I want is my ROOF FIXED. AND CANT GET it RIGHT. REAL QUICK TO COME GET THE PAYMENT. VERY SLOW IN FIXING THE ISSUES. Even had house repainted inside after they supposedly fixed it. It leaked messed up paint job 2 times already and at same time took out my ceiling fan from water getting into it. DO YOU THINK THEY OFFERED TO FIX iT.. NOPE. Yes it's my mother's house and I sure will call that number ..
