  We had Chris come out and get an estimate on a roof leak that he never even got up in the attic to see where the leak was even coming from and was ask if he needed to do a water test or anything to actually find out what was leaking and was told by him that he knew it was the ridge vent and no water test was needed nor to even look in the attic to see what was leaking. Long story short they did the ridge vent work and after having heavy rain the roof is leaking still in the same exact place and they now don't want to honor that they made the mistake and fixed something that didn't need fixed and won't fix the real problem after being paid....consumers beware of who you call to have work done by and beware of this company

  They made an appointment to be here to patch my roof on a Tuesday. I worked from home that day. They called me late Tuesday saying there other job ran late and they would get to my house either Wednesday or Thursday. That is not a big deal. I understand things happen. Well, they never showed up on Wednesday or Thursday and didn't call. They did show up on Friday and did the work. Now I get an email with a link to pay the bill. They only except checks. You can call the office and pay with credit card but you have to pay the 3% fee. That was never explained to me. I was really disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

  I’m very sorry for your experience and will try to explain a few things and address your concerns: I was trying to take care of you as quickly as I could because you had an active leak and rainy season is upon us. To accomplish this, I had to juggle multiple jobs at the same time, which caused the lack of communication on our end. I apologize immensely for that. I came out on a Saturday to assess the repair and completed the work within the timeframe in which we gave you over email. Moving forward, we have now implemented new changes in our office with regard to communicating repair timeframes and expectations. As for the 3% surcharge for paying with a credit card, this fee is stated clearly in your estimate which you agreed upon. I offered to collect payment in any form directly from you to negate any processing fees and because you stated you didn’t feel comfortable paying online. The link we sent you was a safe and secure link from QuickBooks (our payment processing provider). We will now make sure that it is explained to customers moving forward. We never want anyone to feel surprised by this. It is also stated in all estimates that you must pay upon completion, which you did not. We were fine with that and no late fees were charged to you. We realize things happen and try to work with people as much as we can. Again, my sincere apologies for our lack of communication. I stand by our work and warranty so if you have any problems with your repair in the future, don’t hesitate to call us. Thank you and we appreciate your business.

  Presented with a roof leak that was happening for years. They came in, assessed this issue, repaired it in one day. Roof is tight as a drum now . Every other company had an excuse. Sunshine had a solution. Highly recommend this professional company for all your roofing needs!

  I had a fantastic experience with Sunshine Roofing of the West Coast. From start to finish, the team was professional, timely, and their pricing was very reasonable for the high quality of work they delivered. A huge shoutout to Lauren, the project manager. She was extremely communicative throughout the entire process, keeping me updated at every stage and making the whole project run smoothly. If you're looking for a reliable roofing company that does great work, I highly recommend Sunshine.

  Sunshine Roofing was a great company to work with. They were very informative, fair, and efficient. They gave my wife and I a price and timetable for completion, and were spot on in both regards. I recommend Sunshine Roofing whenever someone mentions needing anything in regards to their roof.

  A tree branch fell and popped a leak on my garage roof. I called a big name around town company, they were scheduled 2 weeks out. I found Sunshine Roofing of West Coast on my neighborhood FB page(3:4 neighbors recommended them). Lucky for me, they had a opening for that afternoon. The owner came out, and informed me that other than the tree branch damage my roof is in great condition. He said he tarred it and said not to worry about payment. WOW. So fast forward to the big name company 2 weeks later. I was curious as to what they would have to say, and honestly doubting that Sunshine really went up there and patched my roof for free. I told them that my husband went up and patched it. The guy at the big name company asked if my husband wanted a job. He said we did a great job patching it, and not to worry about it leaking again any time soon. I will definitely be using Sunshine roofing in the future and have even recommended them to my own mother.

  I will definitely be recommending Sunshine Roofing LLC. They had our roof replaced in no time, even when we needed extra wood for a flat area that was pooling. Chris and Lauren were so easy to work with and had great communication with me. Their price also beat the competitors. Highly recommend.

  I would advise anyone looking for a roof replacement or repair to call Sunshine plumbing I have worked in a couple of different roofing companies in the past and I'll tell you what nothing beats this company for price efficiency and quality of work they're so easy to work with and most of all leave no mess behind so if you need a roof or a repair remember Sunshine roofing is your company to call

  Extremely happy with Sunshine Roofing taking care of hurricane damage and complete roof replacement! Crew was great! Chris's professionalism and knowledge made everything about this easy. Lauren also kept me informed on every step. Overall excellent care and service and my roof is beautiful!
