  I contracted with Drew Roofing to do wind mitigation strapping while replacing my roof. A subsequent inspection by the state indicated the strapping was not to code. Drew spent a month giving me the runaround, saying he did not know what the code was. I researched it on my own and provided multiple examples of how the roof-to-wall strapping should be accomplished. In addition, I contacted a professional retrofit company recommended to me by Old Time Roofing. LGT Restoration services provided me a quote of an additional $2450 to fix my roof to code. Drew has said he is not qualified to do the job and will not refund my money or pay for the repair, which is LESS than he charged me to do it wrong. Needless to say, I do not recommend Drew Roofing.

  These people play games. Maybe the upcoming recession will make them honest again. They gave me a written quote (full of errors) - which was a bit exorbitant. I asked if they could "sharpen their pencil" if I doubled the project (including the front of the house too). They didn't respond, so I called and they told me the roofing work should be done by a general contractor. I then reminded them that they were responding to a request from my general contractor who wasn't licensed to do roofing. Then they said they didn't have the equipment to do it (a 1,700 two-story house - garden variety). I recommend you find someone honest, not these yokels

  Sorry to hear of your experience. The crew does listen to music to get thru their day but it should be played at an acceptable level and we apologize if it disturbed you. We hope you can find a silver lining in that you received quality workmanship. We have had the same crew on board with us for many years so they are highly experienced. We don’t hire subcontractors which many roofing companies do. Hoping you can take consolation in that fact. Thank you.

  Chris King came by on May 11, was supposed to email quote May 12. Did not receive it. Called on May 13 to inquire about quote. Now it's 5:00 Friday and still waiting! The above post did result in a proposal. There were many issues, the main two being: 1) The proposal was not at all for the roof requested, apparently the one they wanted to install. 2) The proposal gave protections exclusively to the business to the extent that it literally stated in bold, all capital letters: "DREW ROOFING RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THIS CONTRACT AT ANY TIME AND FOR ANY REASON" The way a company treats a potential customer is obviously an indication of future treatment. If the estimator states the estimate will be provided on a certain date, it is expected that it will be provided, just as showing up on time for an appointment is expected. If the estimate cannot be provided for several days after the specified date, the courteous thing to do would be to communicate that. The only reason we were contacted again is because of the review, which was solicited. As your estimator has called asking to change the review, you clearly care more about that than good customer relations. We did receive a couple of other FREE estimates, and heard back from all. You are the only company that thinks we have a "situation". It is not reasonable to expect the customer to sign an incorrect contract because "it is the same price ". There are ZERO protections for the customer. You collect 50 percent up front and can literally quit the next day. No mention of returning any money. You do not state that the roof will even be completed, let alone pass inspection prior to being presented with the final bill. In fact, it never states it will pass inspection, ever. There is more verbiage dedicated to if (when?) litigation occurs then there is for the roof. You must have experience there also. Read the contract as if you were the customer and ask yourself if you would sign it. If so, well there's one born

  Hello Brian, we are sorry that you were not happy with how your job proceeded. You had contacted us, we honored the quote/proposal price we had given you almost a year previously, and you had approved the work. Jamie called you to let you know we had received your acceptance of the repair, and we would get you scheduled asap. You asked for a general date, and we informed you that we get repairs done within a few days, but again, that was weather permitting and we would get you on the schedule as soon as possible. We called and emailed the following week letting you know of your scheduled date, and we did not receive an objection to the email or the phone message. We proceeded with the work. You have acknowledged that you did in fact receive that confirmation email and voice message from our office. The email also specifically stated that you did not need to be home for the repair to take place, unless you preferred to be. The work was done as agreed on and for the exact amount quoted. If you had called or emailed that you wanted to cancel the work order, we would have been happy to oblige. I don't know how else we could have handled this situation.

  Compete waste of time do not call these people for estimates. Scheduled an appointment for last friday afternoon and i recieved a text from someone saying Drew was unavailable and this person was going to estimate my roof using google earth. After 6 days pass i text this person back and ask if they were able to get that estimate for me . A short time later i received a text back with amounts that were more than double what 3 other estimates I have recieved from companies that actually took the time to visit the property and give me an realistic estimate.

  I could not have asked for a better company to replace my roof. I had previously done business with Drew and found them fair, helpful and honest and the workers were prompt and did a great job of replacing my roof and cleaning up afterwords. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

  Recently (2026) we developed a leak in one of the valley areas of our roof into our sunroom. Once again, Drew Roofing quickly responded to inspect and identify the leaking area. They provided an estimate in a timely manner and scheduled our repair, which is now complete. We highly recommend Drew Roofing for all your roofing needs. In 2018, after a tree branch fell on our roof and broke some tiles and cracked others we contacted Drew Roofing. They quickly added us to their schedule and Drew came out and inspected our roof and provided a detailed estimate. Their crew came out and repaired/replaced the necessary tiles and cleaned up all the mess. I went up and inspected it myself and they did an excellent job. This year we had some more broken tiles from various activities and once again Drew and his team responded quickly and professionally. Our roof was installed in 2000 with an expected lifespan of 50 years. When I asked Drew the overall condition he said we should expect another 20+ years. Everyone we dealt with at Drew Roofing was professional and friendly. We highly recommend them.

  Drew Roofing roofing who replaced our roof about 5 years ago (did a terrific job) recently provided service that could have either been a roofing leak or a plumbing lean coming from the ceiling area. Drew came out immediately and inspected very thoroughly which I so appreciated. It was a plumbing leak. Compliments to Stacey (in office) and Dylan and Nathan who were terrific on site. Highly recommend Drew Roofing for roofing needs.
